I came here for lunch with my partner. I ordered a Greek chicken GoBox, and my partner got a cauliflower pizza. When the pizza arrived, we immediately noticed three pieces of hair melted into the cheese. We pulled them out and placed them on a napkin, and understandably, my partner was no longer comfortable eating the pizza.
I went to the front to explain what happened and politely asked if it would be possible to get a new one made. The guy at the counter apologized, said it “doesn’t happen,” and said he’d tell the cook. We sat back down, hoping it would be handled professionally.
Instead, the cook came out to our table and confronted us, saying there’s no way there was hair in the food and that it couldn’t be hers because she wears a hair net. Even after we showed her the hair we had removed from the pizza, she remained combative and defensive. My partner didn’t feel safe or comfortable having her prepare the food again after that interaction, so we decided to leave.
To make things worse, the GoBox I had was barely edible. The salad part was fine, but the chicken was incredibly undercooked and rubbery. Two of the four pieces were so hard I could barely chew them. I ended up not finishing it.

Read moreI am a loyal customer of fly fuel, I order all the time in person and via Uber eats/Fly fuel web page. I never complain but I think there has to be a better managment of orders in store. Numerous times (if not all the time) my order is not correct it’s either totally off (peanut butter instead of almond butter) or missing some of the toppings I pay for, or putting peanut butter in a strawberry banana smoothie. These mistakes are not acceptable and lucky for you guys I am not allergic because these errors could be deathly to some.
I just placed another order on your web page for delivery, I called because it’s been over an hour the lady on the phone said the dasher had not picked it up, I told her it was strange because you guys usually send a link and I hadn’t received. She said there is nothing she can do to call door dash. After waiting 10 minutes I called door dash, the problem was your store front never confirmed the order was ready. They called, no answer and door dash had to confirm it in their end and that is when I got the link. Will now be receiving my order at 7 PM when it was ordered at 5:18 due to lack of customer management in your store.
