Without Mrs Geraldine⤠(2 HOURS, from1-2pm), I'd not have any clue what I needed/wanted. She was so helpful, caring, knowledgeable, multitasking, cause she was day manager and still spent 2 HOURS without a fuss. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. I went inside and couldn't find the register for online purchases... well, as they told me,, you still have to wait in line with all the customers that are purchasing in-store, so the fact that you have already paid doesn't make you save a minute. I had at least 8 people ahead of me, and only 2 registers operating.
When I finally got to the register I found out that one of the items I had ordered wasn't available. That is the item my daughter needed the next day for a project in school, and I is also the reason I had rushed to the store even if I didn't have time. I wish they had mentioned in the text of confirmation of my order that that item, in that size wasn't available. I could have chosen a replacement instore, instead of having to go back in the store and waiting in line a second time to pay that extra item.
