Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Haltom City

I place a large lunch order every Saturday for a staff of about 15. In April of 2022 I ordered from this location and my order was over 30 minutes late, we did not get an apology and nothing was done to make it right, so I stopped using them. Today I decided it had been long enough and we would try them again as they had some pretty good deals going on. Big mistake. I placed my order online to be delivered at 11:00 AM ( per their website their delivery hours at store # 4619 are from 10am-11pm). At 11:20 I called the store because my order had not arrived. I was informed that they had just shown up to work and they had not even seen or started my order. I was then placed on hold for 40 minutes, then hung up on and sent an email stating my order was cancelled . The rudeness of the employee that answered the phone, the ridiculous wait time on hold the fact they can’t even show up on time… I will never order from ANY Papa Johns AGAIN!!! They have shown me that my business is not important to them. However, while I was on the ridiculously long hold I was able to place an order from Pizza Hut on Belknap and they had my large order delivered in record speed so my staff was happy and fed. No thanks to Papa Johns. I would love to leave zero stars but I am required...

Absolutely abysmal service. Apparently they have no drivers( which is weird because, delivery only company, but maybe I’m out of the loop) and so they contracted door dash to deliver my food. Well I saw him in route and then it said delivered and it was never delivered to us. Unacceptable. So I called the store to get a remedy. Her only remedy was to call door dash or refund the money. We told the manager we’d call right back. It’s my son’s bday and we had everything planned out and this messed everything up. Now we’re not making it to party cause I’m trying to get this fixed so we can eat then go. So I called right back and she said she already refunded the money. Which left us in a pickle either way. So then ( since I didn’t get a remedy that was satisfactory ) I called door dash. They can’t see information so it was completely out of their hands apparently. I will be escalating that issue, but for the time being I’m beyond disappointed in the service and remedy provided by management. I would like to speak to a regional or area director, as soon as one is...

New to my complex, I placed an order relatively uncertainly. The delivery driver made sure to call me when they couldn't figure out which building number was mine and was patient when I tried to find out the same information. Once I was able to track down the number, they met me curbside to deliver the still warm pizza, and were very sweet in helping me with better figuring out the building numbers around me. The pizza was still perfectly warm and the driver was sure to give me plenty of cheese and pepper packets to go with it. The perfect ratio of ingredients, with not a single slice missing any of the 4 ingredients ordered. Even the meatballs were perfectly spaced out and plentiful. The great sauce spread ensured not a single slice went try, too, and the cheese held all the toppings on perfectly. Wonderful customer service, and excellent pizza, definitely worth ordering from time...
