I came here for the first time with a friend from out of town. We were seated at the counter. A few minutes go by and another couple gets seated next to us and the waitstaff takes their order. A few minutes later, our waitress takes our order. About 25 minutes after being seated, the couple next to us receives their food. My friend and I are waiting with empty coffee cups trying to get our waitress’s attention as she walks by several times while looked passed us. We finally get her attention, ask for more coffee, and she asks what we had ordered. She had never put it in.

About 40 min after being seated, we try to get her attention again. Since the food was taking so long we wanted to order a slice of pie. My friend had medication that had to be taken with food, and was overdue in taking it. We finally got her anterior and asked to order a slice. She nodded, then walked away. A few minutes later, she came back, assured us the food was coming and asked what kind of pie we wanted. Since it appears like our order might come soon, we turned down the pie and kept waiting.

An hour after being seated, our situation appeared to grab the attention of someone else behind the counter, who discussed something with the waitress without directly acknowledging us. It was clear that our waitress had never put our order in. After an hour of waiting and being assured that our order was on the way, it had never gone in, and would only go in now, if at all. We didn’t wait to find out. We got up and left.
