Just had the absolute worst experience with any food delivery service I have ever had. If I could leave a starless review, I would.
My friend generously ordered me cheesy bread and a bottle of water and paid using her card. I asked her to write "please don't knock on the front door" because some of my family were already sleeping and I didn't want to wake them.
The car pulled into my driveway and I opened my front door and had the lights on. I have ordered from this location before and left the same instructions, and usually the delivery person comes out of the car and brings the food up to me at my front porch- which makes sense to me. But, instead, tonight the delivery man sat in his car for a good five minutes while I waited with my door open, thinking he was just busy with something.
When he finally did come out, he stormed up to me and started to ask me right away without any hesitation why I didn't come to his car. I was confused and was trying to explain what I thought was going to happen, and he just kept speaking over me repeating himself. Then he changed the topic and said "Do you have a card for me?" The entire time he was completely rude and curt.
His english was pretty broken, so I was very confused. I said something to the affect of "Oh yeah, it was paid for with a card." and he informed me that the card "didn't go through" and so I thought it was declined, which made no sense to me because why would they come all the way here if the card was declined.
So, I called my friend and she was also confused and I asked the man "Are you sure it was declined?" to which he replied "I need card number and ID." and I understood now what he was actually asking for.
I have ordered from this location several times and have never had to provide an ID for an order, so I was not prepared for this.
He kept talking over me repeating "No card, no food, I leave." over and over.
Well, I said I didn't have the ID of course and he literally just turned away and left, peeling out of my driveway like a psycho.
My friend had already paid for this food so she tried to call the driver, who ignored the call, so she called the store. The man told her he could not refund her money and explained that this ID rule was newly put in place. My friend was very upset because she had already paid for the food and the man agreed to send the driver back. A few minutes later, he called her back and said the driver would not come back and so he would refund the money and hung up the phone before she could reply.
At this point, I will not be ordering from this location again. I've had various other problems concerning lengthy delivery times or them forgetting items, but this is absolutely the most ridiculous and dramatic thing that has happened and I wouldn't waste anymore...

App half works and when it finally does work it shows my order as delivered. So I spend the next HALF HOUR trying to call the store and repeatedly having the phone call just hung up on with no answer. Finally after 30 minutes and multiple calls I get through. Told the manager my order says delivered but I have no order and no one ever came to my house per my ring camera. He yelled at me “you said leave at it door. It was left at door. Check your door!” Click. Promptly hung up on me. At this point I just drove directly to the store to resolve the issue in person. I ask to speak to a manager and the same manager proceeds to print out my receipt as soon as he realizes who I am, points to a note on it that said leave it at the door and claims “you said leave it the door it was left at the door”. When I explained no one came to my door, he tells me to take it up with his drivers and waves me off. His driver comes up to me and says he delivered it to my address. We discovered however he delivered to the same street address in a different town. My receipt very clearly had my address with my correct town. The driver delivered it to the wrong address. I told him this and that it needs to be made right. He goes and tells his manager who yells at him for 5 minutes in an Indian language before finally looking at me and saying they will remake it. We did end up getting our food but I was still charged the delivery fee and tip!!!!!!! Why people have to be so rude, when it was your error too no less, I just don’t understand. I will not...
Read moreFor some reason tonight the store became convinced that my parents had called to say they had not received their order. They had not called, the order had arrived fine and they were settled in for the night. Then the driver started calling repeatedly and actually came to the door to say he had delivered our pizza. We agreed, yes, all good. Then the store manager called and I answered. The store manager told me I was lying about not having called them about not receiving the delivery and that what I said was “bs”. Then he hung up on me. Then the driver came by again with more pizzas. We turned him away and asked that they stop bothering us. I don’t know if someone is messing with the store or it’s a different order that was not delivered. I hope they work out the problem. The drivers are always nice.
