The workers are very nice it's clean biggest issue is if you order through the drive thru there is a high chance your order will be wrong and you don't realize it until after leave because you order a bagel there will little to no cream cheese or it's not toasted or it's toasted and you asked that it's not. If I go through the drive thru for coffee I will most likely get it just black bc they never get that right they will give you sugar if you ask for sweet n low or make it to light to dark so I get it black and use my creamer at home which is why I very rarely get coffee there. Again the workers are very nice this is a very busy DND but the owner should have more people on so that things are done right! Oh and if you try and have the order corrected the manager or the owner always intervenes and will fight with you every time. Good people very clean but very frustrating. Absolutely disgusted and unpleased with the customer service I received from “Shift Leader” NINA.. she is very rude and unhelpful. I usually grab a iced coffee before work 5 times a week during the morning shift and never experienced any issues. I decided to get a coffee after work this past week. And Nina was at the drive through window with a nasty attitude for no reason! I felt so disappointed and disrespected!!! I would give a zero but have no choice have to give a star. I went to the drive thru on October 14 at around 4:15 PM, I asked for a large strawberry coconut refresher WITH NO ICE. The reason why I ask for no ice is because for the price we are paying which is 4.82 for a large coconut drink is mostly all ice and less of the drink. Ok, let me get to the point - African American employee called me MerFer because I requested no ice. So he gave me a refresher with mostly all coconut milk.
