Not good food. This is the first Applebee's I've ever been to in my life out of the nine I went to overall where I could not get anything medium. I was presented the choice of pink or well done and considering that they were not able to accommodate anything else I immediately went for well done as I figured something must have been up as I was also looking through the recent reviews that they had on the app at the time. Mostly 1 star.

The whole place was empty we were immediately worried as we got there that the entire parking lot was empty during peak hours for what would be a restaurant like this and as we entered not a single table had any condiments or spices. No salt or pepper. We also were eventually giving utensils but we were never given any knives until we requested it. What was really also concerning was that they did give us ketchup and stuff like that alongside our food without asking. They serve my friend ketchup with his steak but he found insulting.

Nothing I had there outside of mozzarella sticks were acceptable which were overcooked and I could not finish. Gross, over cooked and as someone who is in The Culinary industry I could very clearly tell that some of the food was time temperature abused. No salt on fries btw... no salt at table...

I threw up in store. Speaking of the men's room was very poorly kept. After paying on the app as we did not want to deal with any more of them as we went to leave they tried to hold us from leaving even though we had already paid in the app and showed receipt and as you were waiting we noticed a couple of pumpkins near the front that were all so indented and moldy. Grand.

I cannot express how incredible Tayeshia made our experience at Applebee’s! It wasn’t just that she was efficient—she was genuinely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. I’ve been to countless places, but her level of service was unmatched.

She took the time to really understand what we were in the mood for, offering thoughtful suggestions that showed she knew the menu inside and out. Every question we had, she answered with a smile, and it was clear she was truly invested in making our experience special. Tayeshia was also a master at balancing attentiveness without being intrusive—she knew exactly when to check in and when to give us space, which is a rare skill.

Beyond her efficiency, it was clear she loved what she does. You could see the joy in her face as she interacted with us, and that positivity was infectious. She made us feel so valued, and I honestly felt like we were at a high-end restaurant with the level of care and attention she provided.

When we had a small request, she handled it right away with such grace and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It wasn’t just about delivering food; it was about creating an unforgettable experience. I wish all servers could be as thoughtful and dedicated as Tayeshia.

If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat. She turned an ordinary dinner into a memorable experience. 5 stars? That doesn’t even begin to do justice to how incredible she was! I’d give her 1000...

Mot much of an Applebee's guy but we had gift cards so we checked it out. Applebee's on Rte.33 in Hamilton Twsp NJ. Have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised...!!! Started with our waiter, Norman, 3 days out of training, and you'd never know he was new if he hadn't told us. I have a special needs diet, I am dairy intolerant, so Norman informed his manager, Billy Bragg, who assured us he would personally let the kitchen know and follow up to ensure my meal was properly prepared. So Norman took our order, repeated the entire thing back to us for confirmation, offered suggestions on substitutions for my disallowed items, and told us he would check before he brought our meal to ensure correctness. Well, bottom line, the meal was great...!!! My wife and I did the 2 for 25 sirloins, medium to well, and everything came out exactly as expected. Following the meal I needed to visit the restroom, and let me say how clean I found the facility was beyond expectations. I come from a food service background in convenience store of 37+ years, and I know the impression that a clean bathroom leaves on the customer. This one was certainly on the mark. Infact, I wad so impressed I called back the manager to tell him how pleased I was. Bottom line, I am now an Applebee's guy, knowing I can get my meal cooked the way I need it done, and that the service will be 5 star. Kudos again to our waiter Norman, and his manager.
