Brother's Pizza on Rt. 33 — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Honestly, this used to be the best pizza/sandwiches in the area. Several complaints about this last visit and I can definitively say it is not the same as it was. Sauce on the side was literally as thin as water...not the same sauce they had used in the past. Calzone was burnt all the way through, prosciutto on a pizza ordered was rubbery and just did not taste right. Probably will give the other location another shot but I don't think I will be back to the one on 33. Very disappointed because I had gone there for years! Forgot to add; it was about 15 degrees outside and thecy definitely did not have the heat on.

Response to the owner; It was yesterday evening. If the recipes are the same I would have to insist that whoever made the sauce did not follow it to a Tee. One of the only few Italian Restaurants that have Italian cooks or Chef cooking the food that represents their heritage and place of Origin. That it is so much missed around here now a days . Okay I just spent $65.00 through a door dash delivery. First problem is not brothers fault but must be mentioned. Door dash raises the prices on everything. Its cheaper to order directly from them. Okay now my complaint about brothers is. I ordered a chicken Alfredo. The chicken was rubbery, couldn’t chew it enough times. I fed it to my dogs they were okay with it. I also ordered plain chicken cutlet sandwich they add lettuce and tomatoes 🍅 not a big deal but not what we ordered. We ordered 2liter of Ice tea. They didn’t have the Ice Tea so they sent a two liter lemonade. Not Sure I will be taking another chance ordering anything other that pizza. The pizza is banging.
