Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

WORST drive thru. I always go here due to convenience with location and drive thru services. HOWEVER it is by far the WORST dunkin in the area even exceeding ones such as lalor street, Hamilton avenue and down town. The attitudes on 98% of their staff is HORENDOUS. Clearly they are all high schoolers who heads are still shoved fairly far up their behinds so i understand a bit. But come on now! They always always always mess up orders. Less than 20 mins ago I decided to go to their drive thru & ordered a big and toasted sandwich along with three orders of hashbrowns, large iced coffe french vanilla light & sweet, and a glazed chocolate donut... I ended up pulling away with my sandwich (miracously only thing [sloppily yet] correctly made), 2 hashbrowns (after the girl clarified it was "2" orders and I corrected her that it's 3 (THREE) TWICE), large coffee with ice (no FV, nor does it look like it has milk or sugar let alone Light&Sweet), and a donut with chocolate icing and sprinkles.... Freaking teeny boppers & post hs graduates who didn't make it to college, whom work there need to GO! They're all either gossiping, goofing around and/or on phones every time You get to window. Worry about people's orders a.k.a YOUR JOB & maybe you wouldn't have errors in every single order.

This location is by far the worst DD location. I only utilize this location because it's the only in the area that has a drive thru. Numerous times my order was made incorrectly. A few times my coupon disappeared from my app (that app is another horror story) and they would not honor the coupon although I know other customers have utilized the one day deal. On National Coffee Day, the had a special on coffees. I asked about the deal and was placing my order. I specifically asked the worker if I could order an iced macchiato with the coffee special and she told me only hot coffee. So, I said make the macchiato hot. I reach the window and she is charging me for the macchiato. Not once did she say it was not included in the special after I kept going my order.The manager is not in the least bit helpful and does not care about the customer's experience. I visited this location almost every other day in the summer for the convenience of using drive thru and couldn't believe how I was treated when I spent so much money at...

Sadly I don’t even know where to start I have SO MANY issues with this dunkin. Orders are CONSISTENTLY wrong. Just this morning my husbands sandwich is wrong. He wanted maple bacon and got peppered bacon. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I am always met with an attitude ESPECIALLY when you ask to have your order corrected to be the right thing. I have to ask to have my order read back to me at the speaker and when I get up to the window still wrong. The other day at the window I was asked if I had a large cold brew and medium matcha latte I said yes. Then I was handed a large iced coffee with Splenda. I’m so glad I looked. My morning is consistently ruined by this place and they just don’t care about customer service whatsoever. Even leaving This review is pointless. But if I could help one poor soul from going to this dunkin then I did my due diligence...
