I visited my local Dunkin’ and found myself experiencing a blend of commendable service and a few frustrating hiccups. One of the standout features of this location is undoubtedly the staff. The employees here are consistently kind and exhibit a genuine eagerness to help. Each time I approach the counter, they greet me with warm smiles that make the morning rush a little brighter.
In terms of speed, Dunkin’ really does deliver. I’ve found their service to be impressively quick, ideal for anyone in need of a caffeine fix or a quick breakfast on the go. Whether I’m ordering a classic coffee a speciality frozen drink or one of their delicious pastries, I typically don’t wait long before I’m on my way.
However, there are some drawbacks worth mentioning. I’ve noticed that by 10 AM, several menu items are often already sold out. This can be a bit disappointing, especially if you’re craving a specific drink or snack that you were looking forward to that morning. It seems that the popularity of certain items might not be matching their inventory, leaving customers in search of alternatives or completely out of luck.
Additionally, while the employees do their best to communicate effectively, I’ve found that occasional language barriers can lead to slight misunderstandings regarding orders. However, it’s evident that the staff strives to provide great service regardless of these challenges. They patiently work to ensure that my order is correct, demonstrating a clear commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at Dunkin’ has been largely positive. While I would love to see a more consistent inventory throughout the morning, the fast service and friendly employees make it a worthwhile stop. Read moreLONG STORY SHORT THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! First time going to dunkin used the app for ease of ordering. They did not have the egg bites I ordered and manager refused to refund the money for the item. She stated I had to do the refund on the app. I asked how and she said she had no idea how to do it I asked for a corporate number to call and ask and was told they do not have a corporate number. I tried the get help option in the app and it offered me dunkin points. I do not plan to return my 2 cappuccinos were only 75% full and tasted horrible. I just wanted the money back for the item I did not receive the app says I will get an email in 3-5 business days. They took my money within 1 minute but refuse to give a refund for an item they did not provide. Called the corporate number that I found on google. They claimed they will refund the item but it will take up to 14 business days. I will update if I ever receive the refund.
Update: have yet to receive any emails from the app or any refund for my item. According to the employee i spoke with they said a refund was issued to the card I used but the refund never came to my account and they said there was nothing they could do. Do not waste your money prepaying...
Read moreAt 1:30 pm on a Friday, we ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps and 2 coffees. The person on speaker stated “ahh we’re out of pre-made wraps, uhhhhh I mean I guess I could try to make them.” To which I said uhhhh no that’s okay? We didn’t really want old food and if you don’t know how to make it we will just take a beyond sandwich. To which she replied “uhhh well we’re out of beyond sausage. Oh wait never mind we got those.”
I said okay great we will take that and 2 coffees and add on a small hash brown. She said “okay I got the two coffees and hash brown is that all?” I say, no and the beyond sandwich? And then she says “oh no but were out of them, well we’re not out I mean we might have some frozen in the back but they’re frozen.” I said you know? Never mind I don’t want anything anymore, but thanks. She that said “mmhmm okaaay byeee.” I then went to the Dunkin in WestChester 20 miles away. And received everything I ordered with no problems or mixups. At this location the employee was so overt in (not wanting to do literally anything) I honestly thought she was joking for the first half of the conversation.
