Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

I recently went to this location for pizza and wings. When I arrived inside there was a lady asking why they were charging more than what the signage said and why they were not including one sauce with bread sticks. The employee begins to say that the prices have gone up but they haven't had the time to change it, as well as the sauce is no longer included. I stepped in and stated I also would no be paying more than what the signage stated. He then begins to say this is no longer a little ceasers and that new owners took over. I stated they're still using the little ceaser name,packages,signage yet is no longer little ceaser? He said little ceaser doesn't write my checks. Needless to say I walked out and will never step foot in this location again even though they are only a 2 minute drive! Rude, unethical and down right disgusting the way this location has...

This place absolutely sucks!! Went in to place an order & the woman working was too worried about talking to the guy making pizza. She was a white woman using slang & to make it worse the guy cutting the pizza was doing so with a black & mild in his mouth!!!! I used to work at the one on the west side & would never consider making a paying customer wait just so I can finish my slang conversation. Got my pizza after standing there for 10 mins & when I opened the box the cheese pizza was burnt. I could tell it had been in the warmer for a long time. When I asked for a fresh one the lady got an attitude with me claiming it was fresh. I will NEVER spend my money here again. They need new employees that will work, not ones that wanna hang around each other talking...

One of the better ones. I always call ahead and get one with extra cheese. Because cheese! Really great customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME even when they're swamped. They stay ahead of customer demand and always have product. This Little Caesar's also has enough parmesean on their crazy bread and portions out enough marinara dipping sauce. Real people work here and act like they really care about the quality of your food. It's a nice change from most of the Cincinnati locations that have skimpy toppings and cold, hard, over the time limit pizza. Bonus points for being in the same mall as Kroger so I can shop for groceries and then pick up a great quality pizza without even moving my car. MUCH better and less expensive than our...
