Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hamilton

Food was good, but the customer service was very subpar. No greeting when we walked in. No thank you, the store was empty other than us.

Then a customer walks in because his order was messed up. He stated that this is the 4th time in a row. The manager went to remake it, didn’t apologize. Then when the manager gave him the food, the customer said something to them about the terrible customer service.

As we sat here and continued to eat, the workers continued down talking the customer, the manager even told new customers about it… saying that if it was back in the day he would have told him to meet him outside..

In my opinion that is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this franchise.

I've been coming since they first opened and had so much anticipation. Each visit I'm more and more disappointed in the service and food. Employees are rude and sandwiches look thrown together and pickup orders missing items. The last time I had a pickup order, all chips were missing. When I went back in there was no greeting . I had to accoknwledge why I was back and there was no apology or words spoken, just handed me my chips and turned around. I don't ever have these problems at any other stores I've visited. The owner needs to be in this location and monitoring to see...

EXCELLENT Jersey Mikes. Jay and his team are so friendly, respectful, responsive and kind. My food is ALWAYS great and if ever they make a minor error, they respectfully respond and make amends. I have yet to get poor quality food. I have significant autism and OCD and they make my food perfectly. I feel this is an atmosphere I can have a business meeting, or I can just chill. Anyone giving a poor review is honestly just rude. Rarely, the clientele can be... Hamilton ridiculous. This is one of the first places I recommend when friends are in town....
