Honestly I'm pretty annoyed at this point. I just moved here, I love Marco's pizza! The last town I lived in I ordered Marco's a few times a week. In the time span of a week and a half I've tried to order from this location 4 times.. the first time they said they had no delivery drivers. I was disappointed but understood, stuff happens. The second time I called at 9pm and they answered, asked me if I was doing carry out or delivery, I said delivery and then they told me they were closed.. Another time they just straight up weren't answering, they were definitely open, they even answered once to put me on hold and leave me there for 20 minutes. After that they wouldn't answer the phone again. Now tonight, I tried to call and order for the 4th time... I've called 3 times now because as soon as they pick up the phone they tell me I'm being put on hold and instantly do it. I wait and wait and wait for about 15 minutes then hang up and try again, same thing 3 times in a row. I'm on hold for 15 to 20 minutes until I finally just hang up. This location clearly just doesn't want to take any orders and I'm sure Marco's is losing a lot of money because of this. I doubt its happening to just myself. So I wouldn't know how the food is because I've never made it that far with this location. If I could do 0...
   Read moreI have always enjoyed the Marco's brand of pizza and the Hamilton location upholds my expectations. We recently discovered that their chicken bites are fantastic and have seriously ordered theirs instead of going to other chicken wing specialty restaurants.
Recently there was an order mix up on delivery where the receipt was wrong and our cheesy bread was missing. We didn't think much of it and didn't bother to call down, we live some distance away from the main shop and were happy to patron the spot regardless. The delivery driver was very polite as well, we asked for a no-contact delivery and the driver went out of his way to make sure to ring our doorbell a second time (it's very weak) in case we didn't get the delivery text message.
To our surprise, the delivery guy came back at some point and dropped off the cheesy bread and an extra cinnabread to try and correct the order! Unfortunately we didn't realize that the second delivery had been made and didn't discover the delivery until the next morning. We both got a chuckle out of seeing it on our porch!
