9/17/25. I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I am sorry. The treatment from employees I have received in the past two weeks have been beyond awful. I go to the Laundry place next door every week and just started coming to this McDonalds since it's right next door. I Just walk over and come in around 10 -10:30 am. The nice lady at the cash register is always friendly and suggested since I'm there a lot, why not down the McDonalds app. I am old school and was not raised on cell phones like the kids today. I was hesitant. She said, "don't worry, we can help you of you have any questions, just come back in"! Well, I did, last week on a weeknight about 8pm A slow night, one car in drive through. That's it. Rest of workers just standing around gossiping. Not doing much of anything. I asked for help and the one young girl rolled her eyes. I said I had two simple questions, and she said, well..we are busy with lots of sighs. I said, "oh, sorry to take you away from yakking with your co-workers and left". , Then this morning I came in, it was busy. But just two cars in drive through and plenty of employees, no one was behind me. My order was just for a Frappe. Only people sitting down were elderly people eating. I asked the same nice lady (cashier) for help, she said she wasn't familiar with app, and I nicely asked her why she suggested I download it and ask for help if no one wanted to help me? She was nice and asked some lady who was extremely rude and frazzled that I had two simple questions.
The Lady complained rudely and loudly in front of co-workers and customers she did not have time because they were extremely busy (they were not). There was absolutely no need for that. Very immature and unprofessional, especially if she is a manager? I stood there embarrassed and dumbfounded that someone could be so rude. I Uninstalled the app..never again. This lady, if you have cameras and rewind, should not be working with customers. I was there about 10:20 am. Absolutely rude. If it were me, I would have been fired as I have worked at fast food restaurants. Don't tell me to call some corporate number or whatever, I won't. Just change! How many customers will you lose because of this rude lady? Kudos to the nice cashier. Also, Kitchen area looked filthy in the back. I'm surprised no one has reported this, and My friend who went in there went through drive-thru through..grabbed some fries and there was a dead roach in there. She called them..never any answer.    Read moreI really hate to complain, but this location continues to disappoint. It always seems understaffed, the crew constantly appears rushed, and mistakes are just too common â from not putting what you specifically ask for on your sandwich to food thatâs undercooked or not fresh.
To make matters worse, after 10 PM DoorDash drivers are often told to circle back around the long drive-thru line when the store makes a mistake â instead of handling it efficiently at the window. Thatâs not just inconvenient; itâs honestly unprofessional.
This location could be great with the right management and staff focus, but as it stands, the consistency just isnât there.

I placed an order at 8:53 PM â order #1201 â which included a #7 and a #4 with Mac sauce. My #7 was fine, but the #4 was a disappointment. The fries werenât just lukewarm â they were ice cold, like theyâd been sitting out for a while, and the burger was barely put together. It had only cheese and a couple of tiny onion bits (see photo).
I live about 5â6 miles from the store, and by the time I got home, everything was cold and not even made correctly.
To make things worse, I was charged extra for Mac sauce and didnât get it. I know itâs just $0.25, but that still counts â especially these days. I tried calling the store several times and never got an answer. I also reached out to corporate and still havenât heard back.
Honestly, after around 3 or 4 PM, this location just doesnât seem to run properly. It feels like the team working evenings either isnât trained well or just doesnât care. Itâs disappointing to say that because Iâm Gen Z myself, but this reflects poorly on us.
