Plaza One Grille — Restaurant in Hamilton

I had planned on having dinner here. I arrived at 8:40 pm and ordered a drink and asked if food was still being served and was told “just til 9.” I was not offered a menu, was cashed out without being asked and left a $3 tip for a $9 drink thinking maybe the server would be nicer but had no impact, ended up ordering door dash and giving a $20 tip grateful for other options, this server was most interested in the bengals vs ravens game. Older lady with reddish hair… i had a very tough week of driving to different locations then working all day - 16-18 hr days. It would have meant the world for someone to just be nice and act like they cared or at the very least done their job… but she couldn’t be bothered. I am very surprised this place has enough business to even stay open given the horrible...

Three of us were there Wednesday evening prior to the world famous Hamilton Turkey Drop. We were the only patrons in the restaurant & our waiter treated us very efficiently. We all ordered sandwiches,and the food was served surprisingly fast. I had the burger & fries & my friends each had the pulled pork sandwich. All 3 sandwiches were very good,but the issue with all 3 was the brioche buns that they were served on. Initially things were good,but after a few bites the buns had absorbed so much liquid that they completely fell apart and we all 3 had to eat our sandwiches with a fork. Good food, but let's use a different type...

Ordered for carry out. This was made difficult by the fact that there are 3 different menus online and so half of what I wanted to order wasn’t actually available. Once my order is settled, the girl on the phone says “okay, it’ll be ready when you get here, bye!”.... I live across the street so that seems unlikely... a time estimate would have been nice.

When I got my food, it was the most dry short ribs I’ve ever had on a bed of flavorless polenta cakes and a side salad that I paid $5 extra for even tho I could fit the whole thing in the palm of my very small hand.
