Why isn't there a "0 star" rating? There are some businesses that do not measure up to at least a "1star" rating. UNFORTUNATELY, the BK on West Thomas in Hammond, LA is definitely one of those few. Do they not read what is posted on here. MY GOSH! HORRIBLE!! PLEASE, If anyone reads this BEFORE going to eat at BK on West Thomas.....DO NOT GO THERE!! THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! THEY NEED TO DO SOME SERIOUS HIGH LEVEL CLEAN UP. I'm talking HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CLEAN UP...from the parking lot to the roof top. Tent the WHOLE THING and call in the people in HazMat Suits! Or just shut the place down. I TOTALLY AGREE with the reviewer who posted, " trying to kill their customers.". That is an awful thing to have to post BUT for the last 12 hours, I have been EXTREMELY worried about my husband, who is so SICK with the most PAINFUL STOMACH CRAMPS, VOMITING, FEVER, CHILLS, SWEATING and CONSTANTLY MOANING from the pain he's having....EVEN IN HIS SLEEP!!! ALL BECAUSE HE ATE BURGERS FROM THE BK ON WEST THOMAS. He has said, "the drive thru line was SOOOO LOOONG," and when they finally got to the pick up window, there was only ONE WOMAN handling EVERY POSITION! He saw NO ONE ELSE. It was at night. UNBELIEVABLE!! My husband NEVER gets sick, and he has a high tolerance for pain (he tried to walk right after his hip was fractured in an auto accidents...never yelled, winced or cried, he couldn't move and couldn't understand why) BUT this...I have NEVER seen him or anyone this sick from eating BAD, SPOILED, UNDERCOOKED, RAW FOOD. And to read other posts on here, complaining about their food!! And it was ALLOWED to CONTINUE!!! I'm thinking....it STOPS...
Read moreExtremely rude, and bad service. The young woman that served my in-laws was a very rude . Typically I understand people may have a bad day and I don’t think much of it , but this was too far. First my I laws have an accent, but it is not hard to understand them in the slightest. They started to order their food in the drive through and the employee said to them “ English Please!” Wow, that’s rude but again maybe she was having a bad day. My in-laws had a hard time understanding her as well so I can see where she had trouble hearing them, but there are a million other things that could have been said that would have been substantially less insulting. They pulled up to the window to pay and get there order the attendant told them to back up and wait at the yellow pole they can’t wait at the window, and then to pull forward when the food is ready. This is odd to say the least we all checked our food for spit or other unwanted items because with the individuals attitude towards my in-laws we would not put it past her to have done something to our food. My in-laws are the absolute sweetest people you will ever meet and said nothing to the worker but I find it so inexcusable and I had to share our experience, I hope management sees this.
