Nothing like having food shoved into my face and being called a liar.
I ordered my food as 2 separate orders. 1 was a 20pc mcnugget with a drive-thru code for $5. I also ordered a large fry (full price) and a mcdouble. On the second order, Mt friend used her points to get a free large fry and a water.
Get to the window, pay for mine and woman confirms we had the second order of a fry and water. I confirm and we go to get our food. I ask for a receipt but they claim the machine isnt working. Okay whatever. Drive to second window. I get my bag and it was missing my large fry. So I explain I am missing a fry and we also had a second large fry with a water for the second order. Lady hands me a separately bagged fry that was already ready (aka our second order) and a fry. I explained I was still missing a fry. At this point, manager steps in. They argue that I only ordered one so I explain that I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. I explained I ordered a fry that I paid for and another fry that was points used. Manager goes and pulls my receipt that they couldn't print before (convenient) and proceeds to say 'see, you only ordered one' and I reiterated that I bought one. Second was points used for it. She finally shoved a bag into my car stating "It isn't on the receipt but whatever, here you go."
Keep in mind, this was a manager! Absolutely ridiculous and horrendous service. I have worked fast food and would never call a customer a liar to their face nor would I shove...
Read moreI was yelled at after paying for my food. The young lady extended her arm with a chocolate milk and I replied I did not order CM to which she said, you don't want it because you paid for it. Then a back and forth began because I reiterated that no, I did not pay for it, I ordered a Coke. She appeared to be going through it, perhaps a rough shift, an unpopular manager, or other team members working today not working, not communicating, and not utilizing efficiency, regardless of what she was dealing with wasn't about me or milk (because I do sympathize with her) but she made it about me and the chocolate milk (which I didn't order nor paid for but rather the woman taking orders punched CM as the drink option for the happy meal I did order) which she stated she had to walk to the cooler in the back for me. I apologized to her for the brave and treacherous journey to the cooler and the misunderstanding and she took no responsibility for our disagreement but reiterated that she didn't care, I paid for it, and now wouldn't get it even if I wanted it, which I didn't. This location is consistently disappointing so there's only one person who I could be disappointed with and that is myself. Read moreNever knew you'd be waiting over a half an hour for food, especially when this place wasn't even packed, it was pretty chill, they informed us that ice was low but that was okay, very understandable, but anyways after waiting on our food like I said a half an hour when usually it doesn't and shouldn't have taken that long, we would have understood if someone informed us but nobody did and on top of that people who ordered after us had gotten their food but anyways my mom kindly went to inform somebody that we hadn't gotten our food so we waited a couple seconds and here comes our food and the young lady who gave us our food, did not seem seem so pleasant. She said sorry about the wait but as if we were inconvenience to her. So my mom went up front to explain how long we had waited and if we could get maybe some cones for the inconvenience, I don't know if the lady she spoke to heard anything my mom had said but she had it that we were going to purchase cones and when we reinformed her again about the inconvenience about getting cones, she said "oh I don't know about that". I'm sorry I work in the food industry/ restaurant but when anything happens like that, we usually help out a customer. You guys really need to teach your employees about customer service reguardless if it's McDonald's or not. We were here May 20th around 5:33pm so who ever worked...
