Husband and I live in Georgia, we are here in hammond for his work and after a mini vacation, we LOVE zaxbys so we wanted to try raising canes, it wasn't good. The chicken was bland and dry. The sauce is also very bland, and the fries were cold and old. We will never eat here again. Way overpriced. I am very disappointed, we spent 50 dollars and it was a complete waste. Raising canes didn't make valentine's day good. đŸ˜Ș

Quality has gone down over the years. It’s still hot and fresh but the sizes of the chicken pieces are significantly smaller. At more than eight dollars for four pieces of chicken, a piece of bread, and coleslaw I feel that it’s not the deal it used to be. This used to be a meal that could be shared but it’s gotten very skimpy. I’ll still go here when I want chicken strips because it’s better than some alternatives.

Is this what the 25 finger tailgate looks like now? It doesn’t even cover the bottom of the pan. Chicken tenders are very tiny and not worth the money I paid at all! I used to like Canes. Now my kids tell me to bypass it for Popeye’s or Chik-fil-A. Why are they being stingy with the chicken? That’s sad.

I went there to purchase a party pack of 35 chicken tenders/fingers and when I got home and opened the pan I noticed the quality and size of the food has gone down considerably. I used to think it was just me when I saw how small they have gotten. I asked my wife and a few friends about this and they all agree that the overall size of the tenders has dwindled considerably. Even the Cane's sauce has changed in some way. Either they are not mixing it correctly of they changed the formula. The tenders were chewy and had so much batter on them that it covered the bottom of the pan when we were done. I hope whoever reads this will back me up on this and maybe we can get some QUALITY CONTROL from Raising Cane's and fix the issue. The tenders were literally the size of my middle finger, ever last one of them. Update:09/29/2022 They have improved the quality of the sauce, chicken tenders...

And that is my mother's favorite place to go she's been going there for quite a long time well last night she went there and now she says she'll never go back because the chicken she got the cross was too hard and one of her pieces of chicken was nothing but nerves it's sad because she used to go there all the time now she don't want to go back she owned her own restaurant back in the day and she knows what it's like to have some good cooked food she's 81 years old bless her heart she lost her place to go out to eat most of the time she gets it through the drive-thru and takes it home got home and was very upset with Raising Cane's I think they owe her free fresh good plate no nerves in the chicken and overfly where the cross is too hard they need to make this up to her I really believe so she's been going there for years and that's my take on Raising Cane's have...

I’m gonna start with this the food is good like any other canes.. But if you’re planning on working at canes I suggest you avoid this location at all cost. The HR manager is not manager material at all in my opinion. He is rude, and has the tendency to openly make faces and rude gestures towards you. And secondly the crew members are rude and most of them treat the new crew members horribly. For example if you ask them for help or for them to do something for you because you’re doing something else they will smack their lips, and be beyond rude for no reason. And lastly they try and keep you for longer than your shift, and sometimes they tell you to leave earlier than you’re supposed to sometimes 30 minutes to an hour before because “they have to many people on the floor” All of these being...
