I have spent so much money at this Starbucks over the last ten years. But within the last year, nearly every time I go, my drink is made wrong. It is a six dollar drink. And I have to either drink it made wrong or ask them to remake it, which I hate doing because they look at you like you’re crazy. I literally get anxiety going to Starbucks now because of this. Well this morning the barista had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that she would have to charge me for extra milk even though it was clearly on the drink sticker that I had paid for extra already but I could taste that they didn’t add it in my drink. I calmly told her that my drink is often made wrong lately and that I have gotten this drink for years so I know what it should taste like and her response was “well I’m sorry you’re having a bad morning.” I just drove away. They are careless and they take advantage of customers. These highly priced drinks should be perfect every time. It so often tastes like they just pour ingredients in cups without even bothering to measure anything. (Many times it has tasted like they barely added any milk to my drink at all.) So many times this year I have just not enjoyed my drink that I paid quite a bit of money for because I didn’t have the courage to ask them to remake it correctly. I shouldn’t have to stand up for myself every time I go to Starbucks. I am not going to spend six dollars on a drink that over the last year has been made wrong nearly every time, and they either argue with you or give you an angry look if you ask them...
Read moreI typically mobile order and just pickup at this location. The drive thru is always packed, if it is working. My coworkers and I often send one person to pickup our orders. Several times my order was half forgotten, due to negligence on the staff's part. One day, I was having a rough morning and ordered breakfast and coffee. My coworkers new I ordered breakfast, but the workers insisted there was no sandwich. They pressed the issue and were rebuffed again. I called the location, explained what happened and the worker promised a refund that never came. I called later that evening and explained again, I paid like 5 dollars for a sandwich that my coworkers were told I didn't order. The manager was totally understanding and actually refunded the card right there when I was on the line. I was very grateful and appreciative and she was like my Starbucks superhero. The effort and understanding she put in for others mistakes and handled it with such poise and grace, 20/10 customer service. Thank you for turning my experience completely around. That is what customer service is all about. I know serving food can be challenging, but you made this customer happy and I know I will be returning, so thank you...
Read moreThis store has the worst customer service!! Walked in today, (around 3pm) waited a couple minutes and no one acknowledged us!! Two employees walked by us and neither one spoke to us or greeted us. When we were finally waited on, the employee did not even make eye contact, he was looking down. He also did not get my daughters order right. He did not listen to me and she got the wrong cake pop. These employees are definitely not about customer service!!! All 3 of them had absolutely NO personality. But this is every time we go to this store! It's not your normal run Starbucks where they are upbeat and friendly. Also, my wife brought my daughter to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. She went to let them know, and one guy turned to the other guy, and he said oh I thought you said the men's room. But he proceeded to play with the garbage bags instead of refilling the bathroom, and never made any move toward the restroom. My wife had to get napkins to take my daughter to the restroom. This Starbucks is a HUGE...
