I ordered a panko crusted tofu bowl and a royal roots juice through the waitr app. I was called and told they were out of sunflower seeds, which was fine, I subbed those with walnuts. When I get to the drive through window, there were 3 girls standing at the counter talking to each other, I did not notice any customers inside, and it took them over 5 minutes to acknowledge me. If there was a customer inside that I did not see, at least letting me know that it would be a couple minutes would have been better than ignoring me.. After I was handed the order, the worker noticed that she had given me my order as well as another person's order. After I gave the other order back, I noted I had not been given my juice. It took a couple more minutes to receive the juice after I alerted her that I was not given the juice. After I left and began to eat, I noted the panko crusted tofu was not panko crusted and was very salty. I also noted that I had not received zoodles, which I had paid extra to get these. Also, the kale had obviously not been washed, and I crunched dirt with every bite, and there was a few tomato pieces in my bowl which I did not order. I understand that every place of business has off days, but I paid a good bit of money for this order and I expect my order to be as close to right as possible. Plus, the business needs to take better care not to put food in orders that wasn't ordered, especially if people have allergies...

I had to order honey mustard extra which they wanted to charge 60 cents for but I told them their sandwich was so horrible I couldn't eat if without something. My daughter ordered the Gouda Grilled sandwich. They literally put one slice of Gouda ... it was sliced cheese and a bunch of veggies ... the açaí bowl was good ... it was over 40.00 for lunch and I left that watery matcha on the table ... it's overpriced for what you get and if it were good I wouldn't complain ... but it was not good and I can't recommend it to anyone. I tried to eat local but next time I'll just go to Starbucks... it is just better food than this. Every single one of them. Ive never had a good experience here. Orders are wrong more often than they are right, and employees couldn’t care less to change it. It’s almost like they don’t even try to make their menu how it’s stated. They just do whatever they want. They are uninformed on their products, and will be the downfall of what is a great business idea. We love the fact that this place is one of the only truly healthy options in town, but after our latest experience- I can’t imagine coming back.
