I was at this location today and I saw there was a little line which I did not have a problem with. I've been to this location several times and I know that sometimes there's a lil line/wait because they are short staffed. After sitting in line for 2 or 3 minutes I decided to place my order on the mobile app so the food is ready to go when I get to the window. I consider myself to be a pretty patient person. I've waited 10 or 15 minutes at this location before but to wait almost 25 minutes for iced coffee, a couple of wraps and some munchkins is insane. I placed my mobile order at 10:11 a.m. and I did not get to the window until 10:32 which right there was over 20 minutes and that's not including the fact that I placed my order while I was in line already waiting. They didn't even have my complete order ready when I got there either. I had to wait for the guy to go grab my munchkins.
I wouldn't have been so bothered if I only seen a couple of people in there working which would make sense but I could visibly see 5 people and that's not including whoever was in the back prepping food. Didn't even get a sorry for the wait or anything when I got to the window either. Probably the last time that I stop at this specific location because there's no reason for people to be waiting that long for coffee and donuts at a fast food drive-thru. I would have gone inside and grabbed it if I didn't have my son who has special needs in the back...
   Read moreThe SLOWEST and most INCOMPETENT employees in the world. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. I know, crazy, but I had already mobile ordered my drink. When I finally got up to the window, they started making the drink I ordered 45 minutes ago!! What???? Then, they handed me a cup of what looked like milk. I told them it was way too light (I have the same order every time and it is significantly dark, as I add extra espresso). They then explained to me âa latte is just milk and espressoâ as if I do not know that already?? I said, I understand, but I know my order and that is way too light. They go back to add one shot, which does essentially nothing for the drink (which for some reason they have put a medium latte in a large cup). I know it is still wrong. So I order a double shot right there at the window thinking I will just add it myself when I get home. Then I get home and take a sip to make room in the cup for the espresso, and drink a DISGUSTING drink. How do you work at a place with pre- determined recipes for drinks and still mess it up so bad??? Even the extra espresso did not fix it. These employees need to be fired, and if itâs management that keeps bringing in these awful employees (it seems like it might be from previous reviews) then they need to go. I was waiting in line and the workers didnât even acknowledge anybody in front of me just kept making drinks for the drive through (which only had 3 cars so they canât use the excuse they were âtoo busyâ.) The guy in front of me asked if I went to this Dunkin often, I said No, and he replied âBet you wonât come back again because I certainly wonât be.â When it was my turn finally at the register, not one word was exchanged by the employee just total awkward silence as I stated I needed a $20 gift card. He then rang up $25 but I wasnât going to correct him over it. He then hands me the gift card in an envelope, and walks away to make drinks again, still did not say one word to me.. I waited at the counter for my gift receipt, but he kept ignoring me so I yelled out âCan I get the gift Receipt.â And he looked at me and said âI put it in the envelope already didnât I?â And when I opened it up, saw it was in there, I apologized and said thank you, and he just stared at me annoyed, turned his back and continued to make the other drink.. If this is the type of âcostumer serviceâ you provide, expect a lot of âfirst time/last...
