McDonald's — Restaurant in Hampden Township

Ordered a Fish sandwich without cheese. I asked for lettuce and pickles added to my tartar sauce condiment. I was charged for the lettuce? I was charged for a small amount of shredded lettuce on my sandwich. I thought that was odd because the cost of American cheese is higher in price then lettuce. I quess they couldn't swap them out & not charge me. My sandwich was hot when I picked it up at the counter. That was good. I inspected my sandwich because sometimes I find cheese on my fish sandwich. I'm lactose intolerant. My sandwich was correctly made. That was good too. That was so much better & less frustrating then returning an incorrectly made fish sandwich to the Front Counter person who will ask the Grill-line to make me another sandwich. McDonald's has a limited menu which is ideal for a "fast" Fast Food restaurant. It's good for a large percentage of their Customers but they are losing or have lost customer's with dietary preferences. Just want to add, they still don't offer Almond milk. I'm unable to purchase hot/iced coffee at my local McDonalds. I've asked for almond milk at many different McDonald's locations throughout Pennsylvania. After asking for 4+ years, I know I'll be told they only have dairy milk. I still ask because I figure the Corporate leaders will, someday, approve of a non-dairy milk beverage for their coffee drinkers. We have been loyal customers to this place for almost 8 years, but we decided to give up coming to it due to unprofessional behavior from some team members yesterday night. The order was fries and nuggets for kids, but we got fries grilled twice to make it look warm. The fries taste bad and when we asked to replace it, one girl of the team was laughing because we are from overseas and we don't speak English the way they understand it, we were neglected for while before a nice guy acted gently and tried to solve the issue. While the guy was solving the issue, the team leader who was wearing pink shirt acted very bad and threatened us by calling police. We understand that this is not the culture of Mc Donald's, We also know for sure that the owner will not tolerate such unprofessional behavior because every customer counts for the restaurant and less customers means less money for the owner. But we want the public understand that some employees at this restaurant do not respect customers and also we want the owner know that we will never comeback to his restaurant nor we will recommend our friends to it, we will be going to Trindle...

I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. I received a regular quarter pounder. I told a woman behind the counter. She says ok I will get you the right sandwich and she said keep the sandwich that I tried to give back. I waited for 20 mins and had to leave because I am working because my emoloyer monitors our lunches via gps. So basically I was robbed by McDonald's. I don't understand why I didn't get what I paid for. My meal I paid for was more e xpensive then what I received. And to make it all the more worse. The girl that " said I will get you another was looking at me with a grin and had a black worker looking at me as I waited clearly in vain for my sandwich. I don't care about the current woke nonsense. You served me the wrong item and then decided to make an example out of me I guess? I am completely fed up with the current work trends.
