I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because I understand that everyone is understaffed and stressed and whatnot, but there is one particular employee that makes going to this dunks or the one at the store'n'more a hit or miss. On multiple occasions including today, there is an older woman who looks absolutely miserable and doesn't even bother to exchange pleasantries. She hands the food out the window without saying anything, many times having gotten my order wrong or forgetting my coffee, and when I ask for a missing item, she rolls her eyes and then disappears, followed by someone else bring the item and apologizing for her. She just had a huge attitude like we were bothering her she didn't give either of us the right drink. I ordered a frozen latte and I was handed a latte iced coffee barely cold certainly not a frozen drink. My daughter ordered a refresher blood orange we don't even know what she gave her.

I went inside, and no one was there either. No one appeared for 5-10 minutes. Two people finally came out, but it still took even one employee another 7 minutes to do anything.
