I was stood up by a contractor for several hours and I decided to go to the diner in the same strip mall as La Fiamma but they were closed but I looked around and saw La Fiamma. I walked in and sat at the bar and was greeted by a very happy bartender. I ordered a drink and it was perfect. Then I ordered the eggplant parmesan sandwich in a pizza crust instead of bread. The sandwich was amazing. I love eggplant but never had it in a pizza crust. This place should be on Hanover St in the North End of Boston! I can't wait to go back! I asked myself why Danville NH?... but the bar was full and so were all of the tables and several people came in for take out! I am very impressed and recommend this place to anyone reading this. I looked it up La Fiamma translates to English as The Flame!

Wonderful. My wife and i, first time. Small menu, perfection. They concentrate on making tasty food. We started with a couple of drinks, the a caprice salad, the cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic, and bread tasted so fresh. Pizza, we had 2, mushrooms, this tasted so different than any we've ever had, the truffle oil i think was unbelievable. and plain cheese, it had such awesome flavor, the sauce was incredible. Service, the young lady was so attractive eventhou she was very busy. A manager or owner stopped by to see how we are doing, amazing. The prices were ok. It's a small place with very huge taste. Fantastic experience. They definitely beat every pizza place we've been to. We will be back for sure.

Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart, and we had several other employees check on us as well due to the little bit of wait we had for our food coming out. Apparently the servers device didn't transfer our order to the kitchen right away, but once we had our food it was definitely worth the wait! We tried a pizza, sandwich, and had the lemon cake for dessert. Everything was delicious and so flavorful. The pizza was not greasy, and was one of the best tasting I've had in a very long time. I also highly recommend the watermelon margarita! We'll definitely be back soon, these guys are rockin it!! : )

First the food was fantastic. I'm a chef of, well let's just say a lot of years and you get a real feeling of freshness. What really struck me is the staff though. . Really good work by everyone. I've been In food since I was 14 and its really hard opening a new place. Seems like everyone there took it in stride. New systems, new people, and usually busiest you'll ever be. I never got a struggling vibe from anyone. Either they are all very good, or its the ducks on surface analogy. Calm on top but little feet going like crazy underneath. Either way, customers can feel it. No anxiety, no panic. This feels like it might become our go to. It's small in size but more than makes up for it in big flavors and great people. Writing this review with the understanding it it’s only been a week that they have been open. We had reservations at 6:00 Only waited a few minutes to be seated( Mind you only a handful of tables and a bar) We were seated waitress came right away took our order the first five minutes we were there. One hour went by and finally got our order of two pizzas and drinks. To make a Neapolitan pizza woodfired it takes 90 seconds to make one pizza! From what I could see, they only cater to takeout not really the customers inside. There’s no turnaround people just sit there for hours. Also, it is extremely loud that you can’t hear yourself talk.
