Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Hampton Township

Walked in. First, I noticed it was clean on the customer side. So this is good. Looked around and noticed things had their own place, and it was neat.

Was told by what I'm assuming to be some kind of authority (white female, tall'ish and skinny) that someone will be with me momentarily. When someone came to take my order, this authority lady called her back to grab her ingredients to make someone else's order. So I thought that that was very rude and unprofessional. Then the person came back to take my order and this authority lady walked over to the front counter and was talking to this worker and I thought she was talking to me so I said "what was that?" And to me, rudely, this authority chick said what I thought to be snotty. "I wasn't talking to you." So by now I'm uncomfortable and taken back. Unfortunately, I still had to ask for paper plates and utensils. A different worker asked this authority person, and I felt she was rude to that worker too who just was doing what I asked if they were a loud to give these things out and where were there if so. As I was getting the things I requested, I made sure to say loudly so that this authority lady heard me that I was over an hour away from home is why I asked for these extra necessities. Leaving, I told myself that I will never come back to this hungry howeys. That whole experience was weird, awkard, and filled with rudeness...

Not happy!! Never use this Hungry Howie's, was on that side of town so had to. Ordered 4 subs!! I'm allergic to lettuce, and had picky eaters with me so ordered online, assuming if I did the order, that'd been my best bet to get it right. First let's start with online it shows the store is open until 4am, so yes it was after 1030 when I ordered and they actually closed at 11, I didn't know though! First ordered a pizza sub. They got that right. Also ordered myself a turkey club- no lettuce (allergic), two bacon ranch subs- 1 no ranch. Rec'd no ranch on those and my turkey sub was caked with lettuce but they left out the tomatoes!! Couldn't call. They were closed when I got back to eat, couldn't eat my sub due to being allergic to the lettuce. I called the following morning got someone on the phone who was very rude. Told me they are there cleaning passed 11 and I should have called the night before. I DID NO ONE ANSWERED, YOU GUYS WERE CLOSED!! Then told me he would have a manager look up the online order and call me back. It's been a week without a call back still.....WILL NEVER go back there! IF you can use the one on the other side of town, DO SO! YOU WONT REGRET IT!! They are much friendlier and can definitely handle making your...

Just talked on the phone with Molly, nighttime manager on 12/3/2023. Was on the phone for 21 minutes, put on hold 5 different times, and kept being told to just come pick up the sauces that we paid for ahead of time and weren’t given to us with our order. I insisted that I wouldn’t drive back and pay more in gas to get items we paid for when it was their fault they forgot it. Their excuse was they’re busy and short staffed and it took 20 minutes to get the manager on the phone because she was “too busy.” Finally she agreed to give me a refund for the sauces but said she had to refund the whole order and then charge us again for the pizzas with no sauces. Then immediately said she actually couldn’t do that and we either need to come get the sauces, or she’ll just put a credit on our account for a future visit. I told her I wasn’t satisfied with that and just wanted the refund and her response was, “I’m giving you free food, and it’s only like $1.50 worth of sauces…” and then proceeded to hang up on me immediately after processing the credit on the account. 0/10 unprofessional staff all around.
