Chanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Hampton

As being a common customer of this location. I just had a very unprofessional experience with this location. I placed a pick up order at 9:53 this evening and went to pick up my order at about 10:05. Upon Arrival I was told there was about a 10min wait she was placing my pizza in the oven. After waiting 10/12mins my husband goes in to get the order and was told that they gave it away so he’d have to wait 15mins. He returns to tell me the situation so I go in to speak to the young lady that helped me because maybe there was a mixup and I simply asked how could that happened and that I had been waiting for about 30mins at this point and that I was very upset (but I was in fact very calm and respectful about it) and she then walks off and directs someone to assist me and I then ask the gentleman who acknowledged that he was new, and not aware of the situation but he would help at that point I felt disrespected by the young lady and asked for their managers name and the name of the employee so I wouldn’t mistake her for someone else. She then rudely interrupts him and say “We don’t have one and you not getting my name” so I them politely tell her excuse me but I was speaking to the young man and I am dismissing her conversation at that point! I was told by another employee who was in the back folding boxes there is no shift manager and their “just winging it”, but he apologized for the inconvenience and told me how I could reach a manager of some sort. The particular customer is a blonde pony tail young lady. (And there was a officer present at the time, not for this reason but conducting other business, and had no complaint in my manner towards this particular customer)

I am writing this complaint because although I was inconvenienced and yes I was also upset but yet respectful and mannered, the young lady who serviced me was very rude, disrespectful, and Unprofessional. And the fact that there isn’t a manager/leading professional example on site just gives lead way for her or anyone else for the matter to treat someone else the same way. I love Chanellos Pizza and it’s near my home so I will be returning but, I will definitely be avoiding this particular employee, due to the unruly customer service...

If only this had zero stars. I tried to order from here two weeks ago and get a beef with cheese pizza. I have always ordered here since last year and I don't see what the issue is. I kept getting hung up or sent to the channelos song and then hung up on and told "no you just hung up" by a lady that works there. They blocked my number and threatened to call the police on me if I further called? Why because I tried to explain that I want my food and am a paying customer and that you should treat your customers the way you want them to treat you. And apparently they've been instructed not to deliver to me. I didn't make no single threats or anything and kept asking could I order without being cut off every five seconds by the same lady that works there. If I could've gotten a name I could've taken that this corporate because now? I'm very irked and shouldn't have to be if I'm a paying customer and also work in retail sales and know how to treat a customer. There wasn't a hello how are you or anything to go with this service so for you to block me in your system and whatever because somebody wants to argue with me and then tell you not to serve me? That's cool, you don't have to worry about me ordering from there especially for late night dinners. I'll just take this to corporate and save myself from making this review longer and make it seem like I'm ranting "because I'm just ranting" and that's all people...

I order a large pizza from the chanellos on todds lane. When I opened the box there was a bug (looked like a small roach) in the box. I called the store to let them know and whoever answered the phone and other workers in the background laughed and basically tried to say I was lying. They told me they would bring another pizza if I gave them the one delivered back. I told him I threw it out but it's sitting on the top of my trash outside uneaten and I would give it to him. He extremely rude and when I asked who the manager was he said he was and when I asked who was above him he said none of your business and hung up on me. I called back to get corporates number and he wouldn't give it to me so I had to call another location to get the number. I then called backand when I asked what the name of the manager for that locatio. Was whoever answeres said marquis and hung up on me. This person also told me I was miserable because I kept calling. No I just spent $30 on a pizza that I can't eat and all they had to do was apologize and send another pizza. I will be making a...
