Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Hampton

Would not recommend having a birthday party here. First, waiting in the party check in line takes FOREVER. Then, they don’t allow access to a party room until the hour of jumping for the kids is up. So your party guests will have to find seating in the general common areas until they’re permitted in the room and any decorating or set up you want to do has to wait until everyone is done with their jump time too. There were almost no seats available with how busy they were so parents of the kids of the party were all over the place unable to sit together. I assume this method is to allow them to book multiple parties on top of each other. For as busy as they already are and the price you pay, this made my party feel cheap. My party guests were made to feel uncomfortable not having a central place to go. They did allow us into a room a bit earlier then the full hour but the room wasn’t fully cleaned. Then, after waiting for the pizza and drinks to arrive for about 15 min, the party host came to say they lost their can opener and couldn’t make the pizza until they sent someone to get a new one. I asked that they go ahead and at least bring our drinks which didn’t happen until another employee came in to check on us 20 min later. Another 45 min went by of my guests waiting with hungry kids who had been told their jump time was up before I was told someone had JUST left to go get the can opener they needed. My party arrival time was 12:00, we had a jump time of 12:30-1:30 and we got our pizza at 2:45 and were told we’d need to take it to go because we had to be out of the room by 2:45 for another party to take the room. My daughter had fun but we as the parents didn’t enjoy any of it because the attendants were so busy with other parties (not their fault but annoying considering) and unable to provide pizza that I paid for my guests to enjoy. Kids had to eat cake and open presents and some families even left before pizza even was served. And most everyone had to get snacks and drinks from the concession to hold them over. It was embarrassing and I regret choosing SkyZone for our venue. The only compensation I received was extra jump time for the kids who were already pretty over it....

My recent experience at Hampton Sky Zone was highly disappointing, to say the very least. Our party, which was meant to be a fun and memorable occasion, fell short of our expectations in several ways.

First, the Sky Zone party host's behavior was unacceptable. The 8-month pregnant mother of the birthday boy was told she had to carry a large rolling cart of party supplies up the stairs, a task that should have been handled by the staff before anyone even entered the party room. It was a completely inappropriate request.

Moreover, our party package was supposed to include four pizzas, with one pizza for every five children. However, we were provided with only one pizza to feed a group of about 20 kids. This was a significant oversight and left many hungry and disappointed children.

The pizza was delivered late, and the children didn't even have enough time to finish eating or sing "Happy Birthday" before we were abruptly and rudely asked to leave. This rushed ending was a disappointing way to conclude our celebration.

In addition, we received two pitchers of the incorrect drinks, which meant we had to repeatedly go down to the cafe to have them refilled ourselves. Our party hostess didn't visit our room once after the guests entered, and we also had to get cups on our own, which was not what we expected from a $500 party package.

In addition to our dissatisfaction, we were disappointed to find that nothing had been set up in the room when we arrived. This was particularly disappointing given the party saleswoman's prior assurance about the efficiency of her hostesses in setting up a beautifully decorated room within a 15-minute time frame. We walked into a dark room with nothing prepared.

In summary, our recent party experience at Hampton Sky Zone was ruined to say the least. This employee's actions have not only ruined our experience but have also led to several other families vowing never to return to this establishment. I expected better from a reputable establishment like Hampton Sky Zone....

Please note that this is my experience and I hope that it is not anyone else's at this location. If you book a party online and add any add ons the facility does not know how to find the order in the system. They default you to the basic of what the package is. The solution from the workers is to call after to confirm they have your order right. Checked in with an individual who absolutely hated their job and was being rude to everyone and made the check in uncomfortable. Ordered 5 pizzas and 4 drinks only to get 2 pizzas and 2 drinks. I had to present my confirmation email to the team lead 3 times and ask multiple times to have the remaining pizzas to be brought to the room only to be asked to leave the party to go talk to the team lead only to be presented with a very unprofessional employee (found out they were very young and inexperienced with customer service) they were going to honor the pizzas (15 min passed since we asked and showed the confirmation) and my guests could stay longer (half the guests had left by this point). The party was over at 5:45 and I received the pizzas at 6. Then one of the birthday cards with a gift card went missing and after asking staff they retrieved it from the office( with my kids name on it). I was told they did not bring it to us because they threw away the party reservation list so they did not know the name of the Birthday Kid so they just stuck it in the office. I Spoke with the manager and handled the issue with the employee, and yes I apologized for being fustrated at the employee. I was given jump passes, but I don't think we will be coming back to the Hampton facility. Conclusion the experience was bad from the beginning and no one was professional until I had to have a conversation with the manager. I get that there is a shortage of workers and the facility was busy, but I should not have had to argue and request the food multiple times just to be treated as if they were...
