I received a $50 gift card in the fall of 2019. Due to Covid, we did not eat out for quite some time, so my gift card sat idle. Then Greg's closed due to a drunk driver crashing into it; a terrible accident I wouldn't wish on any business. When it reopened over 7 months later, I tried to use my gift card which according to NH law, never expires. Owner Hakim Said was extremely rude and refused to accept the card because he no long had a reader for it; seems like an owner problem not mine. I went back in a couple of months later (not having placed an order, just to sort it out) and he told me I could be lying about the amount remaining on the card. He went on to say that he hasn't had that card reader for at least eight years (again, an owner problem not mine. And, not accurate considering the gift card was purchased in 2019). His voice was rude and loud. To the point that his workers were watching skittishly from the other end of the counter. His own employees looked embarrassed by his rudeness. I calmly (even though I was boiling inside) asked if he'd consider donating a few pizzas to one of the WHS sports teams as a compromise instead. He raised his voice and shooed me away with the back of his hand waving through the air! I have never encountered a business owner that rude in Hampton (or anywhere). He is an embarrassment to the Hampton community. I looked into reporting him to the NH Department of Justice, but do not have a case because I was not the person who purchased the card. Ironic that the law is written that way when the name of it is "gift card." I honestly could care less about the $50, but do care about the way he treats people in...
Read moreWish I could leave zero starts. Just had the worst experience of my life at this establishment. Went in to pick up my takeout order and when I looked into the bag I realized that my salad was wrong. Asked about it and they told me that I had ordered it wrong. Offered to pay for a new one and was basically told they couldnt make me a new one even if I paid for it because it would take them too long. Though it wasn't a big deal and decide to eat the salad they had given me. Got back to work and realized that It had olives on it which I know that I specifically asked for no olives. At this point I was a little upset and called and asked to have a new salad made and I could pay for the difference. Was told to pick the olives out of it. Asked again if I could have the salad remade and who ever I spoke to said to bring the salad in and he would pick the olives out of it. At this point I asked for my money back and was told no, that I could not have my money back. Whoever I spoke to through the whole experience was incredibly rude and I've very disappointed in the service and the food that I received. Will never go back here and would not recommended...
Read moreThis place sucks don't go there. It all started when I got off the phone with someone who I could barely understand and who barely understood me I put in my order and was having my girlfriend pick up my food on her way home from work. She gets there not knowing what she was picking up. She was going to call me but the lady at the counter insisted she take "the only order for pick up there." My girlfriend gets the food and pays for it which ended up being more then what she was suppose to be pay. My girlfriend then calls me and asks if what I ordered. It turned out being the wrong food so she proceeded to bring it back. Meanwhile I'm on the phone with her I can here the manager yelling at her saying terrible things to her in front of the whole restraunt. He then said he would not refund her because she grabbed the wrong food. Very unprofessional for a manager to be yelling at a customer who made the mistake of listening to the lady at the counter. Don't recommend this restraunt. It's completely frustrating to here that my girlfriend had to stand there and get yelled at by someone she just paid her hard earned money too for...
