Usually love this place and the staff, until tonight. Took the family for dessert. This was different staff that I have not seen before. Older lady working the drive through speaker argued that the Reese mudslide does not have hot fudge in it, when I stated that I did not want hot fudge in mine. Looked it up and their Facebook clearly states “Hershey’s hot fudge” in the ingredients as well as their ordering menu board on the wall in the establishment. This is what I always order. Then get to the window and get our stuff. I had a question after the young girl handed my receipt and card to me but she closed the window. I continued to look at her through the slightly tinted window so she would know that I needed something else and she, I guess did not know that I could see her clearly through the window, stood and stared at me for a solid 30 seconds before she opens the window and asked snotty if I needed something. Not anymore. Lost a family of customers. Poor customer service...
Read moreI love this place for the items that all home owners and business owners needs. I only have two complaints. Number one they allow house pets inside the establishment. Some are huge ! Great Danes. Rottweilers, Pit Bulls. I say this with no exaggeration...one lady had a "Chicken" with a bandana around it's legs up to her face giving it a hug and kisses. Why would people bring gigantic dogs into such a busy establishment around so many unfamiliar people that pets may not be used to ? I guess it's just me. Don't get me wrong as a disabled vet I'm all for pets who assist the disabled. It just seems that your pet can stay home while you shop. Again...maybe it's me. The other concern is Lowes is a huge facility. You can't seem to get anyone to assist you in locating items you alone can't find. You end up walking a few miles long before you locate your...

If you continue to employee people like the staff you have you will fail as a business. They rush you off like they don’t want to be bother. They show no patience to even be able to work with customers and they should be able to communicate well with the public but your staff has failed. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this and before told them they were rude and if they don’t like their job to move on. Only reason why I come back is because the ice is much better than the location on Warwick, but Warwick has better customer service.
