The Big Bad Beach Eatery — Restaurant in Hampton

So I have been following this food truck for a few years now. Chef/owner Ben is nothing short of amazing. This year we went with the turkey heat and serve meal for thanksgiving. It consisted of a whole brined turkey, half pan of honey glazed carrots, whipped potato and corn bread stuffing. I had asked if he was selling any add-on sides ( the Mac and cheese is to die for ). He did not have much left for sides , but managed to make a half pan of Mac and cheese for me to pick up along with my full order. I asked how much for the extra side and he said “it’s on the house”. I did tip him any way lol overall, food was and is excellent. Over the summer, I always get the brisket Mac and cheese. You can ask to buy a bottle of his own bbq sauce. Definitely don’t miss that opportunity to take that home with you. I’m very picky with bbq sauce and I have to say it has the right amount of sweet and Smokey. Chef Ben and the Big Bad Food Truck team were absolutely amazing caterers for our wedding! From the complimentary tasting with my parents (where we got to sample all of his incredible BBQ offerings) to the wedding day itself, Ben was upbeat, professional, and so much fun to work with. Recently used Big Bad to cater our child’s first birthday party. They were booked up solid and still managed to accommodate our request for food and did so with the highest level of customer service. Prompt responses to all questions-you could tell they just have a love for what they do. Food was excellent and was a big hit at the party. It was ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be and reheated to perfection.
