This location use to be great when it first opened but it has gone down hill dramatically! I had to make a complaint previously because of an issue I had there. The new manager was very nice and offered me a free smoothie and told me I could come anytime that week to get the smoothie. Well, the day I came to get my smoothie, while waiting I and other customers witnessed two employees play fighting in the back where they were making sandwiches. The young man smacked the young woman's phone out of her hand and it fell on the floor (which was filthy) and she picked her phone up (mind you, they had gloves on the entire time) off of the floor and got a napkin and wiped it off and went back to making food with the same gloves on. Also, we witnessed another worker towards the back scratching under his stomach with his bare hands then he gets gloves and puts them on and starts helping prepare food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! This location seems to only have young people working there and they never greet you when you walk in. They are usually horse playing and holding conversations amongst themselves. The restaurant itself, is very filthy and has that "dirty restaurant" smell to it when you walk in. The only time the employees act right is when the owner is there and I know this because I've been to the store twice when he was there and the employees seemed to be on their P's and Q's then. I will no longer be coming to this location because it's never a good experience when I go. I gave it 2 stars because the new manager is nice and because my smoothie always taste good. At this point though, I don't want to chance getting sick from how filthy it is in the store and where they make...
Read moreI’m pregnant and it is raining outside. I came to the wrong location which was my bad, however, the young lady who helped me out was slightly rude and inconsiderate. She is brown skin and her hair was in a high puff, grey hoodie, red shirt, black crocs. I watched a lady walk in and place her order, inside because it is raining, so I called who I thought was the right store to see if it was curbside like I asked for or if I had to come inside, I was told to come inside by who I was on the phone with, plus I just saw a lady go inside. So anywho, the employee saw me come inside and said, “can you use the other door?” Which was blocked by a table, so I said, “but it’s raining outside.” She then said something about using the other door so I used the other door. I then proceeded to hand her my card because I thought I just got off the phone with her and she said, “is there anything I can get you?” I said “I think we just spoke on the phone my name is Karman” she then said, “well, our phone didn’t even ring. Are you sure this is the right location?” Nonetheless, it wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. I’m still going to come get smoothies and I am not angry. I just would like for all customers to be treated the same. If you’re not allowed to let anyone in then don’t make exceptions for anyone. Or lock the other door. And if you have a curbside option then employees should be coming outside. Nobody wants to get wet from the rain, especially not me, being pregnant I need no reason to get sick. But I’m not the one on the...
Read moreThey have a designated section for online orders. This area was completely empty throughout the duration of my visit.
My order was supposed to be ready at 1:40. I waited until 2:00 to acknowledge the fact that my order was not at the online order section. The cashier then went to the prep station where my order was and a couple of other online orders and handed me my order.
This is the second time this has happened to me this week. Last time when I went to cashier, they told me my order would be at the online pickup section which it wasn’t (after a 20minute wait). I had to make another trip to the cashier to finally get my order 10min later.
I never have issues when I go in the morning. Im assuming when they get busy in the afternoon and they abandon the protocol and don’t like to be called out on it. So they send you back to where you are “supposed to wait”.
In turn you end up spending almost an hour in the store waiting between two visits. I would suggest at peak times you disable the app or add a feature where you have to speak to someone for your order to be made.
The app is supposed to make it so you don’t have to wait. I waited longer than everybody who walked in the...
