This is truly one of my absolute favorite places to dine. It’s if an Irish, British and American bar had a baby. We were visiting for a comic con and this sounded exactly like what we yearn for and it met and surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed it so much our first time for dinner we came back the following night! The decor is awesome, with a large bar in the middle of the restaurant and seating set up in a rectangle around it. We had a wait both nights but was always under half an hour and while you waited a waitress came over to see if you wanted anything from the bar. A genius sales tactic and it worked both nights. We enjoyed old fashioneds and house martinis like the smores martini which was a special Friday night (martinis $6) once seated the waiters are very prompt and what you hope for, come to order, bring food and check periodically if you need anything during your meal. Both nights stellar waitstaff. The menu is my dream where you can get anything from crispy chicken wings to beef Wellington for under $30! And it’s good! The beer offerings are excellent, great food and better prices. Makes me so happy and I’ll recommend it to anyone and go out of my way to visit anytime I’m remotely in the area. Oh and get the fish and chips it’s truly is the best ever! And I’ve been to Britain numerous times.

Much better experience today. No wait time when we stopped at the bar to pickup our order. Another customer came behind me, her order was on the counter, I told the bartender my name and she brought my bill, I asked if she has touch to pay, she said yes, gave her my phone to pay the bill and she gave me my phone, my food and the receipts to sign and add tip. I did ask 2 different bartenders for honey mustard but no one brought me any, so I walked out with my food. I guess I should not have tipped until I got the honey mustard but then I would be waiting for another 30 minutes to get the honey mustard. No, thank you. The London broil, asparagus and mashed potatoes were excellent. The calamari, not so much. 9 months prior, Food is really delicious, bartenders are really nice but had to wait 30 minutes for my food after calling to place order via phone. We were told to pickup at the bar. Arrived and went to the bar. Sarah, the bartender was really nice. The other bartender came to help me as well but I told her that someone already helped me. I had the London broil, asked to replace potatoes with red potatoes. The London broil, green beans and red potatoes were all delicious. My family had the alpine chicken, kids BBQ chicken and Mac and cheese. They enjoyed it.

We spotted by for an early dinner after a cheerleading competition. It's in a shopping area with lots of stores and other restaurants. Parking isn't too bad with just a quick walk to this location. This is a fairly large place, with lots of seating throughout and a large bar right in the middle. Took us a few minutes to get seated. Staff was super friendly, and our server was spot on. We got got some pretzel sticks to start with. My wife ordered the Ahi Tuna salad, daughter the beef and mushrooms, and I got the fish and chips. We ordered my daughters meal with the gravy on the side, but it came covered. Our waitress took it back and got it correct, pretty quickly. The fish was a large piece, but what I find sometimes when this big is the thick side might be undercooked and the thinner overcooked, which was the case here. The center was perfect, though. My wife didn't have any issues with hers, and the tune was cooked to medium just right. The place has some cool old concert posters. It has a pretty cool vibe. The men's bathroom was flooded, though. Think there might have been a leak, but when I went to go, my shoes ended up getting wet. Overall it was a good experience and I would come again.

Stopped by for lunch on my way traveling South- I'm a big fan of places that are ostentatiously European but only for people who have never visited Europe, and the giant EU flag on the ceiling drew me in. My all time favorite sandwich is the monte cristo, and my friend's favorite food is the beef wellington, and we've been hunting for them for around two years. We were extremely excited to try them- only to be informed that a storm of dads the day before ate all the beef wellingtons and monte cristos specifically. The news dealt actual damage on a spiritual level to our psyches- but I had a french dip with jam, so I could gaslight myself and pretend it was a monte cristo. And honestly, it was really good. Lots of cheese, as advertised, lots of meat, and pretty filling bread. My friend had whatever their spiciest burger was, and said it was good, and he also had two espresso martinis so they were good enough to get a second. (He chugged the second one because we were on a time crunch and threw up his lunch, so take your time if you order one of those.) Overall, I'd definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area, and it's a fun break from the usual Hampton new American restaurants.

First time here at this location. I read reviews by others on Google Maps, and yall said to try the London Broil. It was SO GOOD! I had it cooked medium. The dish tasted savory and tasty. Seasoned very well, and so were the mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. My wife had the Bangers and Mash, which came with fresh green beans and carrots. It was stupendous. Everything was fresh. Hailee was our server, and she was amazing. She worked very hard and listened very carefully to get our order right! Our food took less than 15 minutes to get to us. Very classy atmosphere. It is a great place to have a drink with friends. The place was clean. They played grunge music. Some people were loud at the bar. We had the Guinness Brownie Sunday, which is to die for! It's a brownie topped with sliced almonds drizzled with chocolate syrup with a scoop of ice cream. Oh, and whipped cream. The Brownie was rich, and maybe it had chocolate chips in it. Outside dining. Fire pit tables outside. I did try the dish and chips at the Kempsville location, I think it's on sale on Tuesdays. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.
