Park Lane is an absolute haven for those seeking a taste bud extravaganza! This splendid establishment sets the stage for a culinary symphony that will leave you craving encore after encore. Prepare your senses for an opulent feast as you indulge in the remarkable creations that grace their menu, a mesmerizing assortment of gastronomic delights that I can confidently say I'd devour without hesitation. But wait, it doesn't end there! Park Lane takes imbibing to unparalleled heights with libations that dance on your palate like a harmonious melody. The gifted mixologists behind the bar wield their shakers and stirrers with an artistic finesse, crafting enchanting concoctions that transcend mere refreshment. Sip on their bewitching elixirs, crafted with precision and flair, and allow your taste buds to embark on a euphoric journey. What truly sets Park Lane apart is the genuine warmth that envelops you, making it feel like an extension of your own abode. As a regular, you become part of their closely knit family, where your name is cherished and your typical order is anticipated with a heartfelt familiarity. With every visit, you're greeted with the embrace of familiar faces and the comforting ambiance of a place that knows you intimately, like the gentle hum of a cherished melody. So, my friend, if you seek a gastronomic haven that transcends the ordinary, venture forth to Park Lane, where the food is nothing short of extraordinary, the libations are liquid poetry, and the sense of belonging will wrap you in a warm embrace. Get ready to jazz up your culinary experience and savor the symphony of flavors that await.

This is truly one of my absolute favorite places to dine. It’s if an Irish, British and American bar had a baby. We were visiting for a comic con and this sounded exactly like what we yearn for and it met and surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed it so much our first time for dinner we came back the following night! The decor is awesome, with a large bar in the middle of the restaurant and seating set up in a rectangle around it. We had a wait both nights but was always under half an hour and while you waited a waitress came over to see if you wanted anything from the bar. A genius sales tactic and it worked both nights. We enjoyed old fashioneds and house martinis like the smores martini which was a special Friday night (martinis $6) once seated the waiters are very prompt and what you hope for, come to order, bring food and check periodically if you need anything during your meal. Both nights stellar waitstaff. The menu is my dream where you can get anything from crispy chicken wings to beef Wellington for under $30! And it’s good! The beer offerings are excellent, great food and better prices. Makes me so happy and I’ll recommend it to anyone and go out of my way to visit anytime I’m remotely in the area. Oh and get the fish and chips it’s truly is the best ever! And I’ve been to Britain numerous times.

Much better experience today. No wait time when we stopped at the bar to pickup our order. Another customer came behind me, her order was on the counter, I told the bartender my name and she brought my bill, I asked if she has touch to pay, she said yes, gave her my phone to pay the bill and she gave me my phone, my food and the receipts to sign and add tip. I did ask 2 different bartenders for honey mustard but no one brought me any, so I walked out with my food. I guess I should not have tipped until I got the honey mustard but then I would be waiting for another 30 minutes to get the honey mustard. No, thank you. The London broil, asparagus and mashed potatoes were excellent. The calamari, not so much. 9 months prior, Food is really delicious, bartenders are really nice but had to wait 30 minutes for my food after calling to place order via phone. We were told to pickup at the bar. Arrived and went to the bar. Sarah, the bartender was really nice. The other bartender came to help me as well but I told her that someone already helped me. I had the London broil, asked to replace potatoes with red potatoes. The London broil, green beans and red potatoes were all delicious. My family had the alpine chicken, kids BBQ chicken and Mac and cheese. They enjoyed it.

We arrived shortly after 6:15 on 11/3. We were added to the waitlist and told 10-15 min wait. The hostess was half-hearted in taking my number and that started the issue. After a very long wait at the bar to get a drink before sitting down, we began noticing people who came in after us being seated. I asked and she told me she had paged me already and I never responded, but she was clearing a table and we would be next. Ten minutes and several couples later I went and ask again, now the manager was a bit forceful with me telling me it was a mistake, and we would be next, then added the comment, “Sometimes our system just doesn’t send the notifications out.” Then ANOTHER table gets seated. I was told, “Well we had already paged them, so we have to seat them first.” I did not become visibly upset at the Manager, but my wife was obviously showing her frustration and displeasure with the way we were being treated. The Manager was outright rude to us. So after what should have been a 10 min wait, we were seated nearly 45 min later. Our server, Gabrielle was a delight. She was attentive, without being overly pushy. She is clearly a professional and if she desires to stay in the service industry, will certainly move on to a much higher-class establishment. She has the natural gift to serve in a restaurant environment.

Gabrielle is the only reason this review didn’t get one star.

So after we had finished our meal, I asked the Manager to come over and talk about the issue, especially since we like this place and enjoy eating here. I make an apology for the heated discussion towards the end and ask about why the system seemed to be texting every other patron except me. Again, she was rude to me, took ZERO responsibility for anything she or the restaurant did incorrectly, then dismissed me and walked off. I would have named here too (like Gabrielle the great server we had), but she never offered her name to me.

Just a few months ago there was a gentlemen who was the manager here and he was AWESOME too! I have hope for this place, even though my Wellington was very undercooked (but at least it wasn’t overcooked) and the Sheppard’s Pie seems to have lost its savory gravy.

We will probably come back at some point but it will take a LONG time to get over how dismissive the Manager was to us for something that was obviously within her control to fix and then take zero accountability and simply blame the automation system even though it seems like a recurrent problem.

Or they are just saying that to cover up poor service. At this point, either...

My wife and I met old friends for dinner. I have eaten here once before for a business lunch, so candidly I did not focus on the food or atmosphere that time. This Thursday night dinner was preceded by a surprisingly long 35 minute wait, but for whatever reason they were definitely packed.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. Drink orders were quickly served and our food ordered. Everyone (four of us) ordered sandwiches. I will only critique my wife’s French Dip and my Monte Cristo sandwiches. We both paid the $1 up charge to get a salad instead of the homemade potato chips. Based on the large number of customers, the 20 minute wait was reasonable.

For the food itself, my wife and I were a little disappointed. The salad was tiny in comparison to the heaping stack of potato chips that our friend received with her sandwich. A small serving of field greens, two tiny slices of each cucumber and tomato oddly with a large amount of salad dressing. We would have been less disappointed the chips for salad swap was equal, but it was definitely not worth a $1 up charge.

My wife requested no onions on her French dip, but that did not happen. Bottom line, she is a huge fan of French dip sandwiches, but felt hers was so so at best.

I felt that the Monte Cristo came up a bit short too. While billed as a triple decker sandwich, it was barely more than an inch and a quarter thick. The ham and chick portions seemed really small. The cider aioli and gouda cheese were barely noticeable. The cranberry coulis was good, but it wasn’t even to tip the scales.

They were a lot of people there and most looked happy, so maybe we were just unlucky tonight.

One final minor gripe. I inquired about a military discount, but they do not provide one. The server said something about management saying they are in a military town, so they would be giving everyone a discount if they did so. Something about that...

Food is always good. The place is a little loud.. I've been coming here for years. How many I really don't know. There is always a wait, but it's Tuesday, and joking my mom asked the host when it is slow. Anyhow, I asked how do you base the wait time. She gave a pretty good explanation, which I accept, but I set my stop watch anyway just out of kicks and giggles because a wait time of 30 minutes seemed a little long. So when the 2nd host was ready to sit us, the timer was only 19 minutes... when I went to show the host, I tapped her on her shoulder because she was quick to walk us to the table and then turn quickly away. I was quite excited that they had surpassed the time waiting and wanted to share it. Well, touching her must have been a mistake because she brushed her shoulder as if to say I'm better than you. BTW, she really shouldn't be doing this job.. working in public just seemed way too good for her.. she was like a robot very unfriendly. I watched her walk back and forth with people, and wow, she had to have been one of the most unfriendly staff I the restaurant. The 1st person to have an interaction with should be friendly and professional, not stiff and grumpy. Let's get to the food and wait staff. We'll thank goodness the waiter was friendly and attentive. Great job!! We even had a chat with one of the bartenders he was always Great.. Food was good but not as good as I remember from the last time. We both ordered the Salmon it is usually topnotch. This time, it lacked flavor and wasn't as crispy on the outside as it usually is. We also had the Tuna Ahi it was ok. But the sauce they served was gross. So salty, not sure way anyone would use it on such a wonderful piece of fish. I will give this restaurant another try.. because chiefs will come and go and so will...
