Wendy's — Restaurant in Hampton

Update Feb 2020 I decided to go into the store with my family and have a bite to eat. The place was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered our food and went to get the drinks. Tue machine was in maintence mode for Coke. This means that their machine has some kind of problem and we cannot get Coke. I asked the lady upfront to for Coke and she brought back water. I decided it wasnt worth the effort to try to fix this mistake so I continued to wait for my food. When our order was ready everything was there. I started to open my sandwhich abd realized it was a regular not spicy. I was like whatever, and continued to eat. My son then needed to go to the bathroom. We went in and the place smelled of old urine and there were no towels. which means every male employee did not properly wash their hands. Its unfortunate to see a lack of care in todays world. Do not go here.

Standard fast food, this place gets busy at night. Also don't be suprised if the workers are wearing normal clothes at night. Lastly if you do decide to go here at night make sure your willing to wait 20-30 minutes. I still go... I need my...

Can't get orders correct. Only 1 person in front of me. 1 behind. I ordered A daves double combo. Got home they gave me a horrible burger it was burnt. it was completely wrong some type of cheddar bread with fried onions. Manager who was dressed in unprofessional clothes no name badge. Interrupted me and proceeded to tell me that She..the order taker didn't understand me.. Really?????!!! I ordered a Daves double how much more was I supposed to explain. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Of course I am uspet. he interrupted my conversation. I work in the customer service field and have received at least 10 or more awards for CUSTOMER service.. YOU NEVER interrupt the customer. Then they proceeded to tell me that HE didn't have to give me a replacement. {so is this HOW WENDYS US GOING TO RUN????) This is beyond RIDICULOUS and I will NOT go to this Wendys again. I love this Wendy's so much that I now bypass all of the Wendy's and come directly to this one (and I do mean bypass the ones on Mercury). I have received stellar service from everyone from the female manager(that took time to figure out why my kids orders were ringing up one penny difference when they were paying with a little allowance money)....to the cashiers at the window. I've never been inside but the drive-thru service is absolutely excellent the food is always piping hot and freshly-made. A special thanks to Shawn for letting me switch to try the strawberry lemonade your service and patience with me that day (on my first visit) actually has brought me back at least five times in the last month.
