If I could give this particular store no stars I would. The service is horrible. To start with after I ordered I went to pay for my food & the cashier "Kiara" (Dark skinned & long black hair) opened the window like she was annoyed but I looked past that I thought she maybe had a long & rough night so I asked for my total and she told me. Once I gathered my money and I have it to her she snatched it from me & rudly closed the window. So once she gathered my change she attempted to put the change in my hand & some how all my change fell on the ground and I had to get out my car to pick it up, by that time she had already closed the window with no apology or anything. Once my food was ready she passed it out the window & before I could tell her to have a good night she closed the window on me. Fasting forward, I get home & my food is all wrong. So I go back to let them know my whole order was wrong & they asked me to pull up to the window, I pull up to more disturbed employees, I notify them with the problem and they went to fix my issues, which later became another issue because my whole second order was messed up & I thought she was gonna replace the whole order to be corrected and they just excanged my fries because (they were cold) and I was missing the 4 peice nugget. But my burger had onion on it and I'm allergic to it. That was not replaced. So once "Kiara" come back to the window with my 4 peice & fries she throws the little bag at me and closes the window. I came home and I didn't even eat my food. I'm very upset with the service period. If your that annoyed with the customers then you need to step away & take a moment to relax. I don't appreciate the service I had today. I will not be returning back to this store unless I absolutely have too. This is once again...
Read moreTERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!!! I have had it with this Wendy's. I have given them numerous chances to get things right. However, today is the last straw. When you order something and the drive thru taker repeats the order and I myself checks the order on the screen there should be no excuse what so ever to give the customer the wrong order or half of what was ordered. How do you order a taco salad and they do not give you the main ingredients listed on the menu that comes with the salad. The sour cream was left out and get this the NACHO CHIPS were left out. If I wanted a regular lame house salad I would have ordered it. I wanted a taco salad with the chips. You would at least expect the person in the drive through to check the bag to ensure that everything in the order is complete. I'm sure that they do not want the customer to sit there and take up their precious time checking the bag. One would think that because the drive through is in use that the customer maybe in a hurry and not able to check all contents of the bag until the destination is reached.
I also have had bad experiences when ordering spicy nuggets and was given regular nuggets as well as ordering a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe I want to add mustard but they forget to add everything else that belongs on the burger. Just because I said add something doesn't mean I need you to take the normal things that come with it off. This Wendy's in is Horrible and needs to get it together. instead of asking peoples names at the register they need to focus on getting peoples orders right. I don't care if you call my name. I DO CARE IF MY ORDER IS CORRECT. I WILL BE BACK WHEN I GET OFF OF WORK TO GET MY SALAD...
Read moreI would've given one star if it weren't for the food. (It was actually decent) That's how horrible my most recent trip to Wendy's was. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but I was fine before I came to Wendy's but afterwards I left with the worst impression. The young man that took my order got flustered that he couldn't hear the 2nd part of my order after repeating myself and asks me to pull up to complete my order but I could tell they were just trying to get me out of line because when I got up to the window, they didn't even ask. When I got up to the window, it was another woman, some type of supervisor I believe, that I think was training him. SHE HAD THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE OF ANYONE IVE ENCOUNTERED WORKING FAST FOOD. When I asked if I could add the 2nd half of my order, she rolls her eyes, tells the young man to do something and turns to me and says "Go 'head." From the beginning I was very polite, making a point to be more friendly than they were. Making sure to smile and say please and thank you but that did not affect them at all. There was no greeting when I got to the window. It seems that no one has corrected this behavior as my boyfriend has had the same problem from that same woman weeks prior. Lastly, I was going to get the corporate number off the receipt but guess what, they also didn't give me my receipt. (No problem, I'll find the number online.) Its apparent that either the staff gets easily frustrated at peak hours or they just didn't want to be at work that day....or...
