A great small bakery in Hancock. It's hard to compete in the bakery market here in my mind due to how great Roy's is. But this bakery has two advantages. One is that it is in Hancock next to a residential area, so it may be easier for some people to get to. Secondly the selection of good is not quite the same as Roy's. There is some overlap, but to me the star of the show is the morning bun. I've not seen one of those before and it is very good. The main weakness of this bakery is it's limited selection though. But the items it does have are very good. I will definitely be coming here...

It's nice to have a mom and pop bakery, the owner is very nice. I wish there would be more selection of bakery meaning more sweets, with the crappy economy, I noticed the price went up, it's not his shop, it's everywhere. The government killed the farmlands, the farmlands should be given to the Amish people, they know how to farm and produce good crops, long ago prices of food used to be cheap and plentiful, with the government destroyed the farmlands, farmlands are getting smaller. And the cost of food is...

We stopped to by supermarket donuts and saw this little bakery instead and are we glad. The cinnamon rolls, apple fritters and almond croissants were superior laminated masterpieces. We also purchased ham and gruyere cheese croissants for later and found they were one of the best road lunches we have had in quite a while. Not to mention their baking music.. French jazz! Only wish we...
