The spaghetti sauce is great. I have been getting it for years, however customer service is severely lacking. There was zero response from Vollwerth or Baroni's for the damaged product I received. There is a note on their websIte that says contact the shipper. Like I am going to haul over 2 damaged cans filled with red ants. I expected Vollwerth to make good. They did not. Now I will only have them ship with signature required by UPS so I can inspect before accepting shipment. Very disappointed in Vollwerth's customer service as there is none. Their shipper, their responsibility. All contracts have codicils for shipping damages. Shame on...

Although Vollwerth & Co. products are made at their plant in Hancock, Michigan, this store had stock of their pickled Polish sausage but refused to sell it to me. I wasted a trip after being told, “They don’t retail out of this location,” with no advance notice online or in-store. The staff was rude and unhelpful, offering no apology or alternative, and the only other option was a $126.16 shipping order—an absurd fee that makes the product effectively inaccessible. Until availability and customer care improve, I cannot recommend...

Just had a first experience with a Vollwerth product. Purchased at Meijer, Inc in Muskegon, MI. The Michigan Sauce made the boom Super Bowl weekend party 2025 chili dogs - always the quest for the best sauce for dogs and this sauce gets the ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️.
