Keweenaw Co-op Market & Deli (Houghton, MI) The mini kiwis? Divine. Slightly mushy — but still delicious. I've never had a kiwi that was miniature before and if I cant have miniature kiwis in the future then I just won't eat kiwis at all! The leelanau cherrylemonade? Not just lemonade. This is a life-changing liquid substance. I use it to trick myself into thinking I’m drinking something fancy or adult-ish, but really it’s just pure, refreshing joy in a cup. And then — the Hot Chicken Burrito. My first real warm meal since Tuesday (it’s Thursday now). Was the rice a little undercooked? Yes. Did that somehow make it taste more authentic and organic? Also yes. It was absolutely delicious.(they offered free salsa with it but I politely declined, as salsa makes me uncomfortable.) Everyone was friendly, kind, and — to my knowledge — no one judged me for wearing Crocs. 10/10 would recommend. May all travelers in the Keweenaw find burritos and mini kiwis this good.

This is the most exceptional shopping for healthy options and organic pantry staples, as well as a complete deli. I was so impressed with the selections and prices. Some of the organic produce even though very good was a little bit on the higher end but organic produce can be difficult to get anywhere so just make sure you’re purchasing seasonal. Their peanut butter is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend that as you can grind your own from their dry roasted peanutgrinder. Their drink selection is amazing. I was also very impressed with that and the merchandising was absolute top-notch they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend going there to shop even if it’s just for a very few items. 5 star high five 🖐️

I really like coming here because they have a wide variety of fresh produce and also speciality items that aren't typically offered at a mainstream store like specific vitamins ,non flouide toothpastes, bone broth soups and a lot of fun vegetarian items like a veggie quiche or beet burgers offered at their deli station in the back of the store. They also typically have 3 types of fresh soup and you may order sandwiches to your specification as well as some premade options. They offer sections for grass fed beef options and also lots of types of jerky including mushroom options for vegetarians. They also have a pet area with lots of types of wet and dry food...
