I'd like to begin by asserting that The Studio Pizza serves just about the best pizza that you'll find in the Keweenaw. The ingredients seem very fresh and the pizzas are always cooked to perfection. My issues are not with the quality of the product -- they are with the reliability/integrity of the customer service as well as what I see as some occasional unsavory business practices. It is not uncommon for an order to arrive with missing ingredients or without ordinary requests such as crust/sauce type fulfilled. This would not be such an aggravating issue if these problems were occurring exclusively with the "build your own" variety of pizzas. It is an especially egregious oversight, however, when these errors are somewhat consistently made when ordering one of the "specialty" pizzas. Pizzas whose recipes should be engrained in the mind of the maker, formulas that should be greeted as second nature to the chef. If a pizza requires bacon and bleu cheese and onion, the final product should consist of those ingredients. Not just some bleu cheese set upon a slab of cooked dough and some sauce. So -- beware of botched orders with regard to irregularities/missing ingredients/a disregard for your ordered preferences.

I also take issue with what I see as some rather unprofessional business practices. I've had issues with being charged twice (a simple and eventually rectified mistake) by the business but was made to feel, at least initially, as though this double charge was somehow my fault and a problem which was my responsibility to solve. Customer service inquiries can be met with quite a cold response when dealing with anyone but the owner.

All of this being said, the pizza is fantastic and you can't do better in that regard if you're in the Keweenaw area. Definitely give The Studio Pizza a couple of shots. They'll probably get your order right on one of...

STUDIO PIZZA the ONLY pizza place I have found that will deliver to the Chassell area, even though I am only 7.2 miles away from both Dominoes and Pizza Hut. Here's the thing though....now that I have been "forced" to try STUDIO PIZZA I would NEVER order from either one of those other pizza chains again. Even though STUDIO PIZZA is on the more expensive side, in my opinion, it is money well spent. I will never order pizza from anywhere else than the STUDIO PIZZA even if I had...

Trying to place an order the guy seemed annoyed on the phone. Idk if phone reception was bad but he seemed very inpatient and annoyed I was asking questions. Delivery guy was good to deal with. Pizza was horrible. Really dry. I asked for Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and I don’t think the pizza had any Alfredo sauce on it. Lacked flavor. I had two pieces of the 14” and threw the rest of the pizza out. I will never order from...

Pizza we took togo because they don't have seating inside. And they had a concert that night in their auditorium. Multiple things going on in this place. To look at the pizza making area it doesn't look like it would be great but it was a good pizza. The guy behind the counter was interesting to talk to.

Went there to eat in and got several pizzas. The one pictured is the vegan one and it was delicious. Easily one of the best vegan pizzas I have had and is one of best vegan options in the area. The service was nice and they even gave toy for toddler during stay.
