I'm just a tourist, I love stopping at thrift stores in every town I come to. The clerk here was super nice! She was organizing & working the register. Everything was very well organized, down to the organization into bins of office supplies, all the greeting cards were very well organized as well! I loved that all the books were separated by genre! I picked up a book on first aid, and then another book to read along my journey. Excellent place to shop! Please enjoy my pictures

Well organized thrift store with lots to choose from. The staff are very friendly. Prices are very reasonable; I can always find something here. There are fitting rooms for trying on clothes, and a basement level with furniture for sale.

We live in Hancock and shop here fairly often. My wife buys a lot of clothing here and we have also bought some furniture, including several chairs for utility use around the house. The staff has never been rude to us, and we are pretty poor so if we are buying here the prices can't be too bad. They have a decent section of cups, plates, bowls, etc. and sometimes I've noticed some attractive stoneware or similar in there that I would have bought except our house is a death sentence for nice dishes.

We also have dropped off a lot of used toys, clothing, etc. here. We do not have a garage (or the time) for garage sales, and if somebody gets some benefit then it sure beats throwing out good usable items.

As a guy, I wish this was a used tool store, or a used gun shop, or an antique shop, but it is just a thrift store... however it is a good thing for...

Employees are the RUDEST ever! My husband and I were vacationing in the UP and I was looking forward to doing some thrifting. I had been to this store 3 yrs ago and the prices were reasonable. Not so this time. Way overpriced and selection just so-so. Got there at 2:45 on a Saturday, not realizing that they closed at 3PM. After I was there for 5 minutes, they turned off ALL of the lights in the store!! No announcement that they were soon closing, nothing! I continued to shop for a few more minutes, then was almost to the counter when the woman behind it barked at me "We're closing!". I asked if I could shop for another minute or two, and the young guy behind the counter said "We have places to go!". I couldn't believe how RUDE and unprofessional they were! I put my things on the counter and walked out! I will never go...

I went to this store for the first time the other day and was very impressed. The store is very organized and you can tell the staff have put a lot of work into making it that way. Items are stored in boxes and shelves that are clearly labeled and easy to find. In addition, it was very clean and did not have a "musty" smell that can sometimes linger at some thrift shops. In addition, they have a wide range of books and furniture downstairs as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will...
