We live in Hancock and shop here fairly often. My wife buys a lot of clothing here and we have also bought some furniture, including several chairs for utility use around the house. The staff has never been rude to us, and we are pretty poor so if we are buying here the prices can't be too bad. They have a decent section of cups, plates, bowls, etc. and sometimes I've noticed some attractive stoneware or similar in there that I would have bought except our house is a death sentence for nice dishes.
We also have dropped off a lot of used toys, clothing, etc. here. We do not have a garage (or the time) for garage sales, and if somebody gets some benefit then it sure beats throwing out good usable items.

I continued to shop for a few more minutes, then was almost to the counter when the woman behind it barked at me "We're closing!". I asked if I could shop for another minute or two, and the young guy behind the counter said "We have places to go!". I couldn't believe how RUDE and unprofessional they were! I put my things on the counter and walked out! I will never go...

In addition, they have a wide range of books and furniture downstairs as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will...
