The Orpheum Theater — Attraction in Hancock

The sound quality is poor enough that one is left questioning why the Orpheum is being allowed to rake in so much MEDC grant money for "saving historic stages". Clearly, that money isn't going into the stage or sound equipment.

The food was also low quality and incredibly overpriced for crust that is on par with Little Caesar's.

This theater is historic and clearly had known its better days before it became a pizza and coffee place. It obviously needs lots of renovations and the new reason to exist as a place for performances. It was fantastic to see Seth Bernard in Hancock. He can make any place very special...

Good venue for music. Open space to dance in front and seats behind. Also a balcony with seats. They do not have a liquor license so it is bring your own booze. I literally walked in with a backpack full of beer. Saves money over paying for it...
