Jimmy John's Pizza was pretty good. Probably not quite as good as Round Table Pizza or Boston Pizza but it's not bad.
In 1983 the founder, Jimmy, had two options after high school - head to the military or open a business. He opted for sandwiches, and in January of 1983, the first Jimmy John's was opened in the college town of Charleston, IL. The menu consisted of four sandwiches, made just like they are today with hand-sliced meats and always fresh-baked bread.

Super fast service but not lacking in flavor or appreance. I ordered the J.J Gargantuan unwich style and it didn't disappoint at all. I was able to eat it like an actual sandwich with bread. I was amazed at how they wrapped it and how much meat they pack that baby with. It was so delicious it beats any other sandwich place I've ate at this is especially important to me since I am on a keto diet and don't eat bread. Read moreSpent 155.00 for 17 guys - manager showed me a regular roll which would have been more than enough but unbeknownst to me switched to a roll that was half the size in diameter hence I received half the amount of sandwich I was expecting/was represented. Jimmy Johns is awesome - at least my first experience, and the guys loved the flavor but tell 17 guys not to bring lunch, buy a package that represents its going to feed 20-25 people and then pull the bait and switch... ummmmm, not happy, especially leaving a $30.00 tip. Don't recommend any catering from this location! Left me rather embarrassed for quantity to succumb to short...
