LENGTHY REVIEW "I don't know why Jessica hates me." This was the response my brother gave when I asked him what's been going on at the Hanford Buffalo Wild Wings. History: My brother is autistic and sports is the one thing that sparks a fire in him. So, going to Buffalo Wild Wings and sitting at the bar to watch sports was his one little piece of freedom and independence. My brother would patronize the Hanford Buffalo Wild Wings 1 to 2 times a week watching football and/or basketball. When basketball season was in full swing and playoffs were going on, he'd be there more frequently. My family and I could have never imagined the distasteful, disrespectful, degrading, and unprofessional behavior that the bartender, Jessica, was exhibiting towards my brother. Jessica's behavior was so disturbing, another customer that frequents the Hanford Buffalo Wild Wings, began to record the interactions Jessica was having with my brother. And thankfully, when the opportunity arose, this individual found me and reached out. What's more disturbing is that the General Manager, Jerry, and Asst. General Manager, Ike, were well aware of Jessica's behavior. Jerry and Ike found it more convenient to mistreat my brother so that they wouldn't have to deal with Jessica's rage. If this is not factual, I challenge any of them to correct me. I've expressed how my family and I are disappointed in the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. To know that there is a management team that encourages and condones rude, disrespectful, discriminatory behavior towards special needs individuals is, to say the least, heartbreaking. My family and I didn't know that we needed to chaperone my brother while he went into an establishment as a paying customer, just to ensure that he wouldn't be treated like a piece of trash that needed to be removed from society. I've been in contact with the District Manager and Regional Manager. We've been told that my brother is welcome at Buffalo Wild Wings, that's questionable. Buffalo Wild Wings states "Our values are our starting point for everything we do. They guide how we interact with our guests, our community and each other. We live these values every day in our Sports Bars and in our Support Centers." Jerry, Ike, and Jessica have missed the mark on this set of values. The proof is ALWAYS in the pudding! If I could give negative stars I'd give this...
Read moreMy friend and I had went to bww on 04/19/2024. When we walked in we got sat and started with a draft of Michelob ultra. We noticed across from us on the bar area a gentleman that couldn’t even look straight still being served alcoholic beverages. Mind you I didn’t care it was a Friday night and everyone goes out to have a good time. My friend and I were having a great time we had a total of three draft of Michelob ultra and two Jager bomb shots. I had a Uber pick up my brother to drive my friend and I home because I knew it wasn’t safe for us to drive home. I noticed when my friend and I were talking, Jessica the bar tender was laughing and sitting next to the guy that couldn’t even look straight and touching him and being very friendly with him and still serving him alcoholic beverages. When I had asked for another beer the gentleman that I was unaware he was the manager tell me OK he walked back as if he was going to give me the drink to only come back and tell me that they had to cut us off of serving us more alcoholic beverages. And that’s when Jessica came up to us and apologized and informed us that she had to stop serving us her excuse was there was a checkpoint and if we were to get in a car accident, it will fall back on bww, mind you I did tell her and the other bartender/manager that I had a sober driver, and they still proceeded to tell us that they couldn’t serve us anymore. I got very upset because Jessica was able to still serve the guy that she was being very friendly to, but she couldn’t serve my friend or I. I find that very sexist.
I have took in this too social media and I’ve had more people come out about Jessica. She is very unprofessional very sexist and I will say she is racist as well. I’ve called the manager and I spoke with Alyssa now I’m waiting for the district manager to call me. My friend And I were not disturbing anybody I do understand if we were being hostile very loud, but we were just there to have a good time and she really took that...
Read moreToday, my husband and I went to BWW for a meal. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life. The host greeted us with a good attitude even though he was trying to cover the host stand and take out orders. He was obviously overwhelmed, but still kept a good demeanor. After a short wait, we were seated. Nbd...
The waitress greeted us in a good timeframe to get our drink and food order. We were ready to order our meal once she greeted us. We have been looking forward at eating at BWW for about a month. All was well.
Then, our food came. I ordered 6 wings with lemon pepper dry rub. It looked as though the kitchen had premade a load of wings, reheated them, then just kinda threw on the seasoning. My husband's tots disenergrated into dust when trying to pick them up with a fork.
The waitress did not swing by to ask how the food was. We had to go get her to ask for the food we purchased would be made for us again.
Above are all standard complications when eating out... acceptable...
This waitress brings me another 6 wings with a smile on her face. Imagine the inner turmoil I was having with myself to see 6 wings cooked the same with an avalanche of seasoning poured on top of them AND a ramikan full of seasoning!!!
It would be one thing if maybe the cook staff was irritated by the short staff, but this grown woman saw it, brought it to our table, and laughed at me.
At that point, we were too scared to eat anything else coming from the kitchen. I tried to pay for the meal via the QR code and that wasn't working either. Again, we had to hunt down the waitress to pay for food we didn't even eat.
I was a waitress and I never treated any of my customers this way. I am always an over tipper because I understand the long hours, campers, and terrible customers that...
