Still have to wait even when you place mobile order in advance and arrive on time. Apparently, the drive thru orders and carry out orders are priority even when placed 7+ mins after an online order. Second time in a row it’s been a long wait despite not being busy. I didn’t complain first time because the sandwiches were great. Not this time. Literally, saw the back line stop working on my sandwiches to work on the guy who just placed a carry out, then once his was done, go back to work on my order. Next I find out after I receive my order that they’re out of some of the premium ingredients the premium sandwiches calls for. Which happens, but why should you still have to pay full price? Why not say, “Well, we’re out of that, would you like a drink or dessert for the inconvenience?” Also, not a good idea to inform the customer you’re out AFTER the customer takes the initiative to ask. Tell customers when they arrive and as they order. They shouldn’t open the bag at home to find out and drive back just to be told—“oh, we’re out that’s why it wasn’t included.” Just a poor system and management. Luckily that didn’t happen for us this time or the rating would be a lot lower. I’m just saying it could be even worse, so they need to work these kinks out. Most of the time I get fresh hot food here. There have been occasional visits where the fries I had received where obviously several hours old. Very stale and cold. Occasionally, my sandwich was cold as well.
That being said. Most of the time my food is hot, fresh and delicious. I am partial to their Reuben with their seasoned curly fries. Delicious!

When we were getting our drinks I told her that they were out of Dr Pepper and she just gave me a nasty look and said "yeah". There was a sign at the condiment station that you had to get those things at the counter. So, when my husband asked for ketchup he was told that they were our and then she just walked away.
