Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I wish I could give zero stars. I went through the drive-thru to order but no one greeted me and no one was there. I waited and waited but nothing. Then I drove up to the window and waited again, still nothing. I even honked my horn but got no response. Eventually, two employees showed up. From what I could see through the window, there were no customers inside the place was empty. The two workers were just standing there chatting with each other. When they finally came to the window, both gave me a look like it was my fault for waiting. One of them, the lady, apologized. But the man looked at me like he was completely bothered and annoyed, almost like he had hate in his eyes. If you don’t like your job, no one is forcing you to stay. Don’t take it out on customers who just want their coffee. Shame on this new Dunkin' Donuts location for such poor customer service. This happened on Saturday, September 27th...

They do not have enough staff that speaks english, I spent almost 20 minutes trying to get napkins one day because the person working there did not speak english then I usually order the wraps with sausage, the sausage looks like it was ripped with their hands, NEVER had that experience before, usually everything looks normal and well put together but this looks like someone ripped a bigger piece to make two pieces, maybe they were saving money this way but it looked disgusting, I will be honest after that I do not order food there I ordered a brown sugar sahin espresso with sweet cold foam and they did not do it, afetr I said something instead of lifting teh lid and pouring the cold foam, they tried filling it in through the section that you use to drink from, becoming...

Stopped by to pick up coffee for small party. Asked for large Joe/large coffee box (should be 20 coffees) and 20 cups. When they were packing cups it looked to me that they didn’t put 20 cups. I asked them again to make sure that they gave me 20 cups because I am going to the party and need 20 cups for all guests. They confirmed that they did put 24 cups and joked with each other in foreign language. Felt like they were making fun of me. When I got to the party and unpacked everything it was 15 cups only. Not only there wasn’t 20 paper cups there was enough coffee for 14 cups of coffee only. Not going back.
