Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hanover Township

Easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. This is the only location I have ever had a problem with. 2 days ago went to stop and get some food through the drive through when a customer, not an employee, starts walking up the Drive-thru line to let people know that the manager just told her it would be a 45 minute wait. Went back today to try to get a soda and a cheesy roll-up. There were a total of 4 cars in the drive thru at the time, 2 in front of me and 1 behind me. When I pulled up to the speaker to order my food and drink, the person on the other end of the speaker said "Hello, I'll take your order when I'm ready." After spending 10 minutes sitting in front of the speaker I pulled ahead without ordering and went inside. I was only told they were on a 30 minute wait once I had been ignored at the drive thru for 10 minutes and had gone inside. Being told "I'll take your order when I'm ready" and having not been informed of the wait really set me the wrong way. When I asked the gentleman behind the register if I could have the phone number for customer support to let them know what happened, he went to get the manager since he could not find the number. The manager put both hands palms down on the counter, refused to give me the number, and kept insisting "What do you need the number for? I'm the customer support." After hearing that I left and will never return to this location again. Taco Bell Corporate office needs to look into this location deeply as I know I am not the only one who has run into...

I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. My boyfriend placed an online order for me to pick up. Once I arrived the employees there just completely ignored me. Never at all did they greet me. Everytime I walked up to the counter no one was there to assist. So I continued to wait as other people recieved their orders. 40 mins of me standing there finally I was able to ask someone about my online order and they told me that they dont have an order for me. I pulled up the order number on my phone and once again was standing there without anyone assistance. So I continued to wait. An hours now passes and finally the female manager said my order was at the end of the counter which had been sitting there the whole time. No one called the name on that order. And I know that for a fact because like I said earlier, i was standing there the whole time. I literally watched the girl place it there without a word and walk away 40 mins prior. How was I supposed to know that it was mine with others waiting thereom as well?? As I explained this to the female manager she had an attitude and kept repeating to me that they called the name.I explained to her how they did not and my food has been sitting there cold for an hour and she was very unprofessional and snatched the bag and said she will remake it. Well they didn't end up remaking it they just gave me back the same cold and soggy food. I was furious!!! And the order was incorrect as well. Needless to say we went back and got a refund. It's absolutely unbelievable how bad this Taco Bell is. Don't ever come here during the late night hours. This happened on Saturday June 18th, around 12:30am. I ordered something on the mobile app and waited a very long time in the drive through to just get to the window. It was probably almost a 40 minute wait overall. Makes me wonder if they only have 1 person there at night. When I got to the speaker, I told them my name and they said they don't have an order with that name. I told them I have an email confirmation and already paid and they continued to say "we don't have it". I finally got to the window, showed them the email and a girl there told me the same thing. "We don't have the order, it's not on our screens" I asked if they turned off the online ordering but they said no. I just left because I was already extremely frustrated with the wait and didn't want to make it worse. So after that long wait, I never got my food that I paid for and wasted so much time sitting in my car, wasting gas. This place deserves to be shut down. It's been like this for years. It's embarrassing, really. Going to call corporate in the morning about this.

Edit: I actually went to a different Taco Bell about 10 minutes from me in Roselle and it was day and night. They had my mobile order, were very fast and it was even cheaper for the same products for some reason. It's honestly baffling how significantly better it is.
