The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with customer service. I realize now after reading the reviews from previous customers that the owners are not exactly concerned with the service they provide in fact they justify it when I see the incredibly rude unprofessional responses. I went to this establishment on the night of my bday and both bartenders were not only incredibly rude but when they were called out on the incredibly rude behavior the main bartender proceeded to ignore me the entire evening. If it hadn't been that it was the night of my bday and I had already paid to get in and came with company I would've walked out immediately as I do not endorse rude unprofessional behavior; especially when I witnessed everyone else around me being treated the same. So because I see that their very accurate reviews have clearly accomplished nothing I contacted Corporate Headquarters of the Hotel and took it up with them since they are leasing this establishment to this owner. Here's a clue... Being a mixologist myself and having been in the business of customer service in the service industry over 15 years the number one rule is you NEVER argue with the customer. You treat your customers with respect, and you offer to make up for any inconvenience the customer experiences. Customer Service in the service industry is the number one most important quality to have. This place doesn't have it. Nor will I or any of my friends or family ever attend this place again unless it is run by someone other than the present management.
On another note: I overheard a band member who was playing that night that they were fearful of not being paid. as per the previous reviews it seems this is customary with this place. It also probably explains the amount of people I saw attend. If this is a business I cant see how they make business.
Please don't bother arguing with me about this review. I've already taken it up with corporate. You can argue and justify it to them.

Read moreApparently this is now: Allen Bar & Lounge, I was looking around for the Jetport Restaurant but could not find it. I was in the hotel lobby when I called and the desk agent was the guy who answered the phone and he put me on hold because there were 2 people in line to check-in, so I hung up an got in the line at the desk. I ordered the medium pizza with one topping for $9.99, but I only got cheese, no topping. It was ok. The desk agent was to call me when the pizza was ready, but after 30 minutes I tried to call the desk but the phone in my room did not work. I went down to the lobby and they had the pizza sitting at the desk and said they had been trying to call me, so by the time I got back to my room, the pizza was just warm. They should have delivered the pizza. I looked inside the lounge while in the lobby and it looked nice inside and there were people sitting at the bar, with more people going in while I was there at 9:30 pm. The sign says that they have Karaoke on Saturday nights at 7 pm, I think they need more karaoke...
