Be very cautious if choosing to stay here. Our almost one week stay was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The hotel is VERY noisy. From the cars and trucks which loudly circle the property on weekends to the thin walls, it’s hard to have peace and quiet. You will hear outside noise all night long. One room next to ours had a party going on until well into the morning hours. After two calls to the desk, the noise didn’t stop but finally calmed down. It seems rooms are rented for parties on the weekends. In addition, we requested housekeeping (towels, change of sheets) and were told we would have to wait THREE days for service. Three days later, no service. After contacting the desk, they rescheduled for later that day and again, no service. We ended up going to the desk for supplies and changing our own sheets and towels. Since there were two other guests doing the same thing at the same time, it was obviously an issue. Garbage lined the hallways as well. I emailed both the manger and general manager to express my concerns, but never received a reply. The crew is nice but it doesn’t seem management takes pride or cares about the customer experience. Beware!

These pictures are the light beaming in at 8am on a December morning. The only day we would have been able to sleep in, and I was forced awake at 7:30 by this. You cannot close the curtains. This was a 3 day 2 night stay and on the second morning our key cards no longer worked. It seemed that everyone on the third floor was also experiencing this issue. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they had someone run up 2 new cards. Aside from this bright sun completely ruining my morning, the rest of the stay has been fine. The rooms are great and it is like a small apartment. Full size fridge, dishwasher. A kitchen table and a desk, couch all on one half and then the king size bed and bathroom area on the other side. Very roomy and comfortable. Giving 3 stars because I expect to be able to black out the room and sleep in when I choose to and this room has some sort of malfunctioning curtain system which appears to be automated and not working. I would not stay here again for that reason.

Staff very nice but hotel not worth the price they charge. Wifi doesn't work, key cards don't work, have to get my room keys reset daily, kitchenette missing utensils, have to jiggle toilet handle each time you use it to get the water to stop, bathroom fan doesn't work and so mold is building up in the bathroom. They have a laundry room but it uses coins and the hotel doesn't have an ATM in which to get change. Also I can't prove that this is related but I never get sick, and one night I turned on the ceiling fan and woke up very sick. Which leads me to believe they do not dust or clean the top of the ceiling fan and I've just been inhaling dust all night. Or maybe it's the mold. Or maybe it's both. The best thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. My last night here. Just spent $2 to dry my clothes in the laundry room and the dryer is blowing cold air. Seriously nothing in this hotel works. Just stay away. It's not worth it. I'm so done.

This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I am a gold Hilton member, and I travel to this hotel approximately five days a month for work. When I was recently checking into my hotel, I was told I was unable to check in until I paid the incidental fees from prior my previous stay. The guy at the front desk told me that there was a note that I vomited in a bag of linens and had to pay approximately $300 fee, or I was unable to check into my hotel. I told him that I did not vomit in any linens or at all for that matter and this is a complete mistake on their part. He then called his “manager” to discuss matters further and she said there’s no way I can check in until I pay the fee. I then asked if I could speak to her on the phone and when I looked at the phone, it said “Mom“ which was pretty funny to me. I then said that she has this all wrong and maybe she should talk to her housekeeping staff about this as they may have done it or made a mistake. She then laughed at me on the phone and said “my housekeeping staff did not do this. There’s nothing I can do.” Mind you, I have my dog with me and I am already 45 minutes late for work at this point due to this encounter. I had nowhere to go as they told me I cannot check into the hotel without paying the fee and I’m not paying a fee or something I did not do. I also asked why they wouldn’t contact me a week ago when this supposedly happened and why they waited until I got to the hotel to check in to bring this to my attention. I was also later made aware that they emailed my company a few days prior telling them that I did this without even talking to me. This made me look really great to my company. I had to leave the hotel and find a new hotel to bring my dog to so I can get to work by 9-10 at night. I was then approximately three hours late for work and I’m a healthcare worker so that is a pretty big deal as there are patients waiting for me to get there. The manager told me she would call me in the morning after they check the cameras. She then called me and left a message stating they checked the cameras and there was a huge mistake, she gave me 20,000 points which is pretty minimal compared to the amount of money I lost as I missed three hours of work, not to mention the stress I went through an embarrassment by both people in the lobby as well as my company. I was scheduled to be there the following week so I kept my booking. When I went into the lobby, I recognized the lady’s voice at the front desk which was the manager I spoke with (Her name is Amanda). I asked her if there was anything else they were going to do as they treated me like complete garbage not to mention made me miss three hours of work which is $450. She then said “I can’t give you any money.” I said I don’t want any money but maybe more Hilton points or something will suffice. She said Hilton only lets us give a certain amount of points. I said well maybe Hilton doesn’t know what you guys did to me. She then said “you can check out right now and go somewhere else if you’d like.” I said “OK yeah I’m gonna check out and go to another hotel yet again because of your mistakes.” She then said “I can have you escorted out if you’re going to cause a scene.” I then laughed and walked away. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever experience. This lady is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Will never be returning to this hotel or any Hilton for that matter. And this is someone who travels 5-6...

This hotel is horrible. The worst part is we walked into a suite with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes we wanted to prepare dinner in the suite as we arrived around 5:00 p.m. but with no clean dishes pots or pans we ran the dishwasher and left. We also booked what they called a premium one bedroom suite that listed extra perks like upgraded coffee K-Cups in the suite along with a stocked frigerator of drinks and snacks stocked daily. Of course this had a little bit of a higher rate but we figured $15 extra night would be worth it. Well we got none of that. When I talked with the front desk I was told I could take $10 worth of overpriced items from the little store. So for a two nights day I paid $30 extra to get $10 of overpriced items in a little store plus didn't get any upgraded K-Cups or coffee machine as advertised.||There is not a trash can in the suite at all not one in the kitchen not one in the bathroom no trash can. The TV in the bedroom doesn't work. The lamp in the living room has a burnt out light bulb with burn marks around it. There is dust on every upper surface.||The carpets are nasty dirty especially in the hallways and elevators. The wallpaper in the hallway of the hotel is literally falling off the wall.||The pool was closed without any notice again one of the reasons we picked this hotel.||Going to the shower The communal large amenities shampoo body wash etc ..empty.||We noted in the reservations we would need the pull out bed so we requested the sheets for the sofa bed, of course they were not in the room. When I pulled out the sofa bed once I had to go to the front desk and carry the sheets to my room myself The mattress of the sofa bed was stained with urine. Maybe this comes with a premium I'm not sure.||Breakfast was an absolutely nasty uneditable affair. I'm pretty convinced the bacon was a dog treats. Everything was dirty. I went to the lobby bathroom and it looks like that place hasn't been cleaned in days.||It's a very classy establishment when you have boxes of toilet paper piled up in the lobby.||I politely asked the front desk agent who knew the hotel had issues but was powerless to speak to the manager and I was told there are no managers till Monday. I asked for the contact information of the manager and I was provided the housekeeping supervisors business card. Clearly by the looks of this property the housekeeping managers and supervisors don't know how to do their job so why would I want to talk to them but I guess the manager is also a failure because this hotel is a total S show.||Do not stay at this property It is old it is rundown they don't care they advertise things they don't provide and then there is no one running the asylum.||Allegedly Homewood suites has 100% money...

I do not recommend leaving the building as a woman alone. The rooms were dirty. I made sure to wear something on my feet at all times. Housekeeping stole my extra coffee I had delivered to my room the day prior. Why on earth would they do that!? My first night we were all woken up out of a deep sleep at 1:30 in the morning. I tried to contact the front desk to see if it was just a mistake or if we actually needed to evacuate the building, finding out the phone to the front desk was inoperable! Throwing on a pair of pants and a light jacket I evacuated the building. I did hear fire trucks so figured this might be a real emergency! I waited for what seemed like a long time with other guests outside in the dark not one employee came out to assure us it was alright, nor did they tell us it was alright to re-enter the building. Others were beginning to straggle back to their rooms so I decided to do the same. We never got an explanation. I was approached by three men one of them insisting I let him in the side entrance and asking me my room number. This left me feeling very uncomfortable, especially since one of the men were hanging right outside my room by the window doing nothing for an extended period of time. I decided to lock myself in my room not to leave that evening at all and made my mind up that I would leave the following morning. I requested an escort to my vehicle the following day and was told they were very short staffed and that was not possible. I couldn't get all of my belongings to my vehicle in one trip and just as I was finishing up putting what I was able to carry in my vehicle that one man just so happened to come out the door. At this point I was not making a second trip for the rest of my belongings so I got in my car and drove to the front where the main office was located and insisted a staff member escort. She did and was very kind. I know it may sound trivial, however, I was staying there for a business related event and I never once passed any of my colleagues in the hallways or parking lot the entire time I was there but had passed the one man on several occasions. There's more to this story that is extremely concerning but I want to keep this as short as possible. Please do not travel alone to this motel especially if your a woman. Never let anybody in a side entrance if they cannot prove they are a paying guest. Be aware of your surroundings and if something seems suspicious please report it and go with your gut instincts. I will...
