Subway — Restaurant in Hapeville

Very rude young teenagers working at this location!!! They do not know how to speak to adults and catch an attitude if they have to remake a sandwich or something… They have foul mouths and when a customer gives push back and reacts to how they’re being treated by someone in a customer service capacity serving food that isn’t up to par or just thrown together now it’s a problem…. Now all of a sudden they feel threatened by the adult but won’t acknowledge how rude and threatening they were to that adult/customer…. This place should be boycotted or more complaints should be acknowledged… I understand young people are giving opportunities to be employed when they reach a certain age however, in the interim these young people need to have a master class on respect, proper etiquette and making sure the customer is the #1 priority ensuring that the best experience and service is given at all times….

Poor Poor Poor customer service. They should not be in business. Do not waste your money here. The young lady at the counter was very very rude. There is another subway nearby go to that one. This location does not accept coupons and do not give alot of meat. They give nothing but bread. I had to ask if the meat was on the sandwich that's how less it was almost nothing at all. I never rate a restaurant because I understand that you can't always control what happens when you deal with the public but, today I had a horrific experience. All I will share is the behavior of employees and how they treat their customers make a difference. I have never been more humiliated with an establishment in my life. Thank God for options like Chick-fil-A where it's always a pleasure for them to serve their customers. Today was my final visit at this Subway after visiting this Subway for over 8 years.
