You had me at handmade tortillas! One thing that makes them so much better, besides the obviously better flavor, is they actually hold up better as a taco- so no need to double up the tortillas, aka, double up the carbs and calories. They do not skimp on the proteins in your tacos here. The pastor and chorizo have SO MUCH flavor! The shrimp is succulent and cooked perfectly. I love the sauces that come on the side, particularly the "guacamole sauce". The esquites (i.e. elotes corn cut off the cob) is heaven in a cup. Can't wait to try more stuff, especially the breakfast burritos. Also, they actually answer the phone so you can call and place your order for pick up! Service is friendly and efficient, parking is easy. Auntie Rosie is a delight. So happy for this wonderful addition down here...

My dad's funeral was yesterday and this placed rocked a very large Tres leches for 50 people and was gracious enough to let me pick it up on their day off. It tasted GREAT and everyone was talking about how good it was! Tia Rose's also charged a third less, for this delicious cake. This is the type of restaurant that I hope everyone in the community will support, moving forward. Thank you, Tia Rose's for your care and your tasty cake! It brought joy to my father's funeral. Okay, I literally finished eating just this moment and let me tell you: best tacos I've had since I was in Puerto Vallarta. I am floored. The quesadilla was also delicious, and had a generous portion of protein and cheese. Back to the tacos: the crisp on the protein was just perfection, and the corn tortillas were light and had the best texture.

The ONLY thing I am disappointed about is that I have been in the area for six weeks on work and only just discovered this spot today!...
