Not recommended if you are looking true authentic Vietnamese food. It's ok if you are looking for some decent Asian inspired food in the area. I would be more forgiving if they called it Vietnamese fusion but to claim authentic Vietnamese is deceptive marketing to me, so this review might sound harsh. I raised my eyebrows when I saw shrimp bun bo hue. That's an equivalent of saying I want a beef burger or beef taco but with shrimp. You just don't do that. You are welcome to do so but name it something else. Secondly I was disappointed my favorite Vietnamese dish, bun bo hue, a dish that nearly doesn't get enough attention like pho does, was not what it's supposed to bešŸ˜–. I was basically given thin noodles in a beef broth with chili flakes and pho toppings. Real authentic bun bo hue has lemon grass and shrimp paste with super thick noodles, pork hock and beef shank. Not rare beef or brisket! Again if they called it spicy beef noodle I would be more forgiving but to call it bun bo hue is deceptive. The chicken wings were good but way overpriced. I understand there are higher supply fees but $14 for 6 wings is ridiculous. I would have been ok if it was $10. Wings are less than $3 a pound wholesale and that's probably less than a quarter of a pound and it's definitely priced differently than their posted menu. They earn a few stars for the flavor in their shaking beef. Other than that, also disappointed in the tip settings automatically set at 18% when you have to order and pay up front not knowing the service you will get (everyone around me waited a very long time for food which sucks for those who have to get back to work) and find your own table is enough for me not to recommend this place for others. Perhaps if they claim fusion I would be more forgiving but in the end the price point does not match up with the service and menu. I encourage anyone who wants to try more authentic food to try the mom and pop shops. This one caters to a...

I use to love this Dua location and I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times before making this review. I called in an order for me and my fiancĆ© because we were both working from home. We usually get the spicy pho with beef and pork. Dua lets you know that if you order the beef and pork pho for take out, the meat will be raw. When placing the order, we asked for them to go ahead and put the meat in the broth so it’ll already be cooked (we’ve asked this many times before). The girl told us that’s how it comes, and those were her EXACT words. I get there, pay for our food and check the order. What do I see? Raw meat on the noodles, instead of the meat already in the broth. Honestly, that isn’t even the worse part because that was a minor issue. The problem was when I informed the rude cashier of what we asked for over the phone (pretty sure it was her) and she just looked at me and asked if I wanted my receipt. Not a ā€œ I’m sorry about that,ā€ ā€œAre you okay with that,ā€ ā€œCan we fix it for you,ā€ nothing. She literally looked me in my face and didn’t acknowledge anything that I said. The service has drastically changed, and I’ll gladly go to another pho place or Dua location. Staff is always on their phones, and act like you’re a burden when you come in. Not to mention they’re not even using vermicelli noodles, I’m pretty sure these are spaghetti noodles (see picture below). Lastly, I tried to call before making a review. I live 5 minutes from the location, and called to speak with a manager 3 times (there were at least 5 employees in there before I left). It rang until the voicemail picked up each time. It’s just hit or miss now. You may go on a good day, but I’ve went at least once a week, different days, over the course of a month and each time the service...

This experience was average at best. And that is even being a little generous.

This restaurant is locally in my community and I always wanted try it out but it never worked out that way.

So today was my son’s friends birthday and his mom wanted to take him out to eat. We chose Dua Vietnamese a over Chick Fil A because we had never been.

We ordered our food and it took over an hour to get our food. They had a robot bringing us bits and pieces of our order.

First water. Then my sons fried rice and wings. Everything took like 20 mins to get with in each other. We inquired about our drinks and the girl asked don’t you have water ? We didn’t order water we ordered tea. The water is complimentary.

Then we got condiments for our Pho but had to wait another 30 mins to get our Pho and then the soup wasn’t even hot. It was luke warm at best.

Luckily I got the chicken broth and my fried got the beef broth and the broth wasn’t even hot enough to cook the beef.

She ordered about 6 other items to go. 2 bahn mi, and boba tea and spring rolls.

Those items arrived late of course and then realizing that she didn’t even one of the sandwiches.

Not only was the food mediocre in flavor but the customer service was terrible. But both at the same time is just awful.

Will not be returning. Mad I spent my money on this nonsense and wasted time. Definitely mad for my friend who spent $ 88 dollars worth of tasteless to go food and a pho where the steak couldn’t even get cooked because the broth wasn’t hot enough. Just terrible.

Doesn’t help there’s a whole team of 18-25 year olds with attitudes that just want to stand behind a counter and play on their phones and let a robot work harder than they do. Or get mad when you inquire...
